延邊城市展示中心結(jié)構(gòu)專業(yè)技術(shù)問題的研究

【摘要】:朝鮮族是中國具有代表性的少數(shù)民族之一,主要分布在中國東北三省,本論文的工程位于吉林省延邊朝鮮族自治州首府延吉市,項目用途為延邊城市展示中心(延邊朝鮮族青少年科技創(chuàng)新教育實踐基地),項目外型為朝鮮族民族服飾中的帽子造型,結(jié)構(gòu)設計的難點為大跨度樓面及三層大尺寸懸挑。本論文全面地展現(xiàn)了從方案階段到主體封閉階段完整的項目設計周期,并重點進行了結(jié)構(gòu)計算和鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模型分析,給以后類似項目的結(jié)構(gòu)計算和設計提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗。主要內(nèi)容包括:(1)緒論:分析了國內(nèi)類似工程及本工程的主要結(jié)構(gòu)類型及特點,并系統(tǒng)地介紹了本工程結(jié)構(gòu)設計所使用的軟件及其特點;(2)建筑設計簡介:對延邊城市展示中心的建筑方案及建筑初處設計成果進行了簡單介紹,并根據(jù)該建筑方案,提出了進行結(jié)構(gòu)設計時的三個難點問題,即懸挑問題、結(jié)構(gòu)超限問題和結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換問題;(3)結(jié)構(gòu)初步設計:確定了建筑分類等級、主要荷載(作用)取值及主要結(jié)構(gòu)材料等,對地基基礎、上部結(jié)構(gòu)及地下室進行了初步設計,并提出了此階段結(jié)構(gòu)設計中的特殊做法及措施;(4)混凝土部分結(jié)構(gòu)計算及施工圖設計:利用盈建科軟件對整個結(jié)構(gòu)進行了建模分析,并重點對獨立基礎、擋土墻以及條形基礎進行了計算,最后指出了施工圖設計階段,對原方案所做出的修改;(5)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)部分模型分析:對工程中的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)部分進行了建模分析,包括屋面中央網(wǎng)架應力分析和鋼桁架節(jié)點有限元分析兩部分,結(jié)果表明,在最不利荷載組合下,網(wǎng)架體系和鋼桁架節(jié)點都處于安全狀態(tài);(6)結(jié)論:本工程出現(xiàn)的結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)問題及解決匯總。
[Abstract]:Korean nationality is one of the representative ethnic minorities in China, mainly distributed in three provinces of Northeast China. The project of this paper is located in Yanji City, capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, Jilin Province. The purpose of the project is the Yanbian city exhibition center (Yanbian Korean youth science and technology innovation education practice base), the appearance of the project is the hat shape in the Korean nationality national dress, the difficulty of structure design is long span floor and three stories large size cantilever. This paper presents a complete project design cycle from the project stage to the main body closure stage, and focuses on the structural calculation and steel structure model analysis, which provides valuable experience for the structure calculation and design of similar projects in the future. The main contents are as follows: (1) introduction: analyzing the main structure types and characteristics of similar projects in China and this project, and systematically introducing the software and its characteristics used in the structural design of this project; (2) Architectural design brief: the architectural scheme and the initial design results of Yanbian City Exhibition Center are briefly introduced. According to the architectural scheme, three difficult problems in structural design, that is, the cantilever problem, are put forward. (3) the preliminary design of the structure: the classification grade of the building, the value of the main load (action) and the main structural materials are determined, and the foundation, superstructure and basement are preliminarily designed. The special methods and measures in the structural design of this stage are put forward. (4) the calculation of concrete partial structure and the design of construction drawing: the whole structure is modeled and analyzed with the software of Yingjian Science, and the independent foundation is emphasized. The retaining wall and strip foundation are calculated. At last, the modification of the original scheme is pointed out in the design stage of the construction drawing. (5) partial model analysis of steel structure: modeling and analysis of the steel structure part in the project, It includes two parts: stress analysis of roof central truss and finite element analysis of steel truss joint. The results show that the grid system and steel truss joint are in safe condition under the most unfavorable load combination. (6) conclusion: the structural technical problems and solutions of this project are summarized.
