長沙市某大型超市中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運行分析及節(jié)能潛力研究

【摘要】:大型超市在當今城市是不可缺少的一個建筑業(yè)態(tài),尤其是在城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展飛速的中國,絕大多數(shù)在城市中生活和工作的人們把大型超市選為購物的首選之地,所以,大型超市室內(nèi)的環(huán)境品質(zhì)變得愈發(fā)重要。這樣一來,商家和消費者對大型超市的中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的重視程度也變得越來越高。這就使得我們對大型超市的中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能運行管理要做到:不僅要優(yōu)化設(shè)備運行效率,提高電能利用效率,同時還要提高室內(nèi)環(huán)境品質(zhì),滿足人體熱舒適條件,為顧客提供一個滿意的購物環(huán)境和適宜的購物體驗。本文通過對長沙某大型地下超市主要用能設(shè)備及中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運行情況的研究,從中央空調(diào)運行管理層面上提出更加適合該超市特點的動態(tài)運行方式,使得該超市的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)在滿足購物人員對室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)要求的同時,降低能耗和運行費用。首先在現(xiàn)在已有的研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從超市購物的顧客的需求入手,確定該大型超市調(diào)研的主要內(nèi)容,包括:溫度、濕度、二氧化碳濃度、噪聲等。同時根據(jù)購物者在超市內(nèi)滿意度的調(diào)查和相關(guān)規(guī)范標準,對當前室內(nèi)環(huán)境狀況經(jīng)行評價。其次,通過閱讀相關(guān)文獻和實地調(diào)研,了解到該大型超市主要能耗設(shè)備為:中央空調(diào)設(shè)備、冷凍冷藏設(shè)備以及照明設(shè)備等。根據(jù)調(diào)研結(jié)果,本文旨在分析各用能設(shè)備的配比與管理運行之間的能耗關(guān)系。再次,對超市的客流量的變化和不同賣場區(qū)域的客流密度進行統(tǒng)計分析,建立該超市客流量變化的預(yù)測模型。在對該超市室外溫度監(jiān)測的基礎(chǔ)之上,對比該超市用能設(shè)備運行情況和超市客流量變化情況并進行分析研究,得出該超市顧客行為特征是超市空調(diào)系統(tǒng)及其他設(shè)備能耗的主要影響因素,從而建立起該超市顧客行為特征及客流量與空調(diào)系統(tǒng)及其他設(shè)備能耗之間的關(guān)聯(lián)模型。最后,基于該超市賣場環(huán)境的變化和絕大多數(shù)購物者的需求,調(diào)整該超市空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的運行模式、運行時間、運行參數(shù),在提高設(shè)備利用效率的同時降低能耗、削減運行費用,實現(xiàn)超市中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能運行優(yōu)化管理。本研究通過整合該超市現(xiàn)有中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的運行管理策略,在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上提出空調(diào)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化運行策略,使該超市空調(diào)系統(tǒng)運行更高效,環(huán)境更優(yōu)美。為全面推進地區(qū)超市空調(diào)節(jié)能運行起到一定借鑒作用,并相應(yīng)國家節(jié)能減排政策實現(xiàn)能源高效利用。
[Abstract]:Large supermarkets are an indispensable architectural form in today's cities, especially in China, where the cities and towns are developing rapidly. Most people living and working in cities choose supermarkets as the first choice for shopping, so, The indoor environmental quality of large supermarkets is becoming more and more important. As a result, businesses and consumers are paying more and more attention to the central air-conditioning systems of large supermarkets. This makes it necessary for us to manage the energy saving operation of the central air conditioning system in large supermarkets: not only to optimize the operation efficiency of the equipment and to improve the efficiency of electricity utilization, but also to improve the quality of the indoor environment to meet the thermal comfort conditions of the human body. To provide customers with a satisfactory shopping environment and a suitable shopping experience. Based on the study of main energy using equipment and central air conditioning system in a large underground supermarket in Changsha, this paper puts forward a dynamic operation mode which is more suitable for the characteristics of this supermarket from the operation management level of central air conditioning. The air conditioning system of the supermarket not only meets the requirements of indoor air quality, but also reduces the energy consumption and operation cost. Firstly, based on the existing research results, the main contents of the research in the supermarket are determined, including temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, noise and so on. At the same time, according to the survey of shoppers' satisfaction in the supermarket and relevant standard standards, the current indoor environment condition is evaluated. Secondly, through reading relevant literature and field investigation, we know that the main energy consumption equipment of this supermarket is: central air conditioning equipment, refrigerated refrigeration equipment and lighting equipment. According to the research results, this paper aims to analyze the energy consumption relationship between the ratio of each energy-using equipment and the management operation. Thirdly, the change of the supermarket's passenger flow and the passenger flow density in different selling areas are analyzed statistically, and the prediction model of the supermarket's passenger flow is established. On the basis of monitoring the outdoor temperature of the supermarket, this paper compares the operation situation of the energy-using equipment and the change of the supermarket passenger flow, and makes an analysis and research. It is concluded that the characteristics of customer behavior are the main factors affecting the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system and other equipment in the supermarket, and the correlation model between the characteristics of customer behavior and the passenger flow of the supermarket and the energy consumption of the air-conditioning system and other equipment is established. Finally, based on the changes of the supermarket store environment and the needs of the majority of shoppers, the operation mode, operation time, operation parameters of the air conditioning system in the supermarket are adjusted to improve the utilization efficiency of the equipment and to reduce the energy consumption and operation cost. Realize the optimization management of energy saving operation of supermarket central air conditioning system. By integrating the operation and management strategies of the existing central air-conditioning system in the supermarket, this study puts forward the optimal operation strategy of the air-conditioning system on the basis of investigation and research, in order to make the supermarket air conditioning system run more efficiently and in a more beautiful environment. In order to promote the local supermarket air conditioning energy-saving operation plays a certain reference role, and the corresponding national energy conservation and emission reduction policies to achieve energy efficient use.
