【摘要】：為了使利用污泥制備的輕骨料有較好的穩(wěn)定性,選擇了碳酸鈣、九零型碳化硅和八零型碳化硅三種膨脹劑,研究了不同膨脹劑對(duì)輕骨料性能的影響,利用熱重(TG)分析曲線分析了三種膨脹劑導(dǎo)致輕骨料膨脹的原因,比較了膨脹劑對(duì)輕骨料顆粒強(qiáng)度和吸水率的影響。結(jié)果表明:污泥摻量35%、頁(yè)巖45.5%、粉煤灰19.5%時(shí),外加八零型碳化硅在0.10%~0.16%范圍變化時(shí),制備的輕骨料性能較穩(wěn)定,摻0.12%的輕骨料,經(jīng)1170℃焙燒輕骨料1 h吸水率為0.86%,24 h吸水率僅僅為1.63%,顆粒強(qiáng)度分別為9.8 MPa,是低吸水、高強(qiáng)度輕的骨料。
[Abstract]:In order to make the light aggregate prepared by sludge have better stability, three kinds of expansion agents, calcium carbonate, 90 type silicon carbide and 80 type silicon carbide, were selected to study the effect of different expansive agents on the properties of lightweight aggregate. The causes of light aggregate expansion caused by three kinds of expansive agents were analyzed by thermogravimetric (TG) analysis curve, and the effects of expansion agents on the strength and water absorption of lightweight aggregate particles were compared. The results show that when sludge content is 35%, shale is 45.5%, fly ash is 19.5%, and 80 type silicon carbide varies in the range of 0.10% and 0.16%, the properties of the prepared lightweight aggregate are relatively stable, and 0.12% lightweight aggregate is added.
