基于Revit的BIM構(gòu)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:作為建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化的產(chǎn)物,BIM技術(shù)的研究與應(yīng)用已經(jīng)達(dá)到了一定的水平,但是BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究現(xiàn)狀卻制約著其進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展。BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究類型眾多,本文從BIM構(gòu)件角度研究標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),力圖將國(guó)家BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架與應(yīng)用級(jí)BIM規(guī)范有機(jī)結(jié)合,為BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的研究工作提供一種新的思路。本文在研究國(guó)內(nèi)外BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以Revit軟件為研究平臺(tái)、以BIM構(gòu)件為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)展開研究。通過對(duì)BIM構(gòu)件外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部屬性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)定、工程案例的實(shí)證與應(yīng)用,基本構(gòu)建了BIM構(gòu)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的體系框架并取得了一定的研究成果。在BIM構(gòu)件的外部平臺(tái)環(huán)境標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化中,主要對(duì)BIM構(gòu)件建立的軟件平臺(tái)環(huán)境、人力資源環(huán)境、BIM政策環(huán)境以及技術(shù)規(guī)范要求四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建議,能夠有效地保證BIM構(gòu)件建立平臺(tái)環(huán)境的統(tǒng)一性;在BIM構(gòu)件的內(nèi)部信息屬性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化中,主要對(duì)BIM構(gòu)件的構(gòu)件庫創(chuàng)建與管理、構(gòu)件的分類編碼與命名、構(gòu)件的信息深度等級(jí)劃分以及構(gòu)件的信息模型創(chuàng)建四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建議,能夠有效地保證BIM構(gòu)件所含信息屬性的統(tǒng)一性。本文選取寧夏銀川新華聯(lián)酒店BIM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目為工程實(shí)例,對(duì)BIM構(gòu)件外部環(huán)境與內(nèi)部屬性的典型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建議進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),基本完成了BIM構(gòu)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的工程實(shí)證;同時(shí),以BIM構(gòu)件的工程量統(tǒng)計(jì)為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,對(duì)比構(gòu)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化前后的統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)BIM構(gòu)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的工程應(yīng)用。最后,文章總結(jié)并展望了BIM構(gòu)件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的研究成果,希望能夠?yàn)锽IM標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的后續(xù)研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the product of construction industry informatization, the research and application of BIM technology has reached a certain level, but the research status of BIM standard restricts its further development. There are many types of BIM standardization research. This paper studies the key technology of standardization from the angle of BIM component, and tries to combine the national BIM standard framework with the application level BIM specification, and provides a new way of thinking for the research of BIM standardization. On the basis of studying the present situation of BIM standard at home and abroad, this paper takes Revit software as the research platform and BIM component as the research object, and studies the key technology of BIM standardization. By standardizing the external environment and internal attributes of BIM components and the demonstration and application of engineering cases, the architecture of BIM component standardization is constructed and some research results are obtained. In the standardization of the external platform environment of BIM component, the paper mainly proposes four aspects of software platform environment, human resource environment, BIM policy environment and technical specification requirements of BIM component. In the standardization of internal information attributes of BIM components, the component library of BIM components is created and managed, and the classification, coding and naming of BIM components are given. In order to ensure the unity of the information attributes of BIM components, the information depth classification of components and the establishment of information model of components can be standardized in four aspects. This paper selects the BIM standardization application project of Yinchuan Xinhualian Hotel in Ningxia as an engineering example, realizes the typical standardization suggestion of external environment and internal attribute of BIM component, and basically completes the engineering demonstration of BIM component standardization. Taking the quantity statistics of BIM components as the application object and comparing the statistical results before and after the standardization of BIM components, the engineering application of BIM component standardization is further realized. Finally, the paper summarizes and looks forward to the research results of BIM component standardization, hoping to provide reference for further research on BIM standardization.
