【摘要】：裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)因其施工質(zhì)量易控制、施工周期短、結(jié)構(gòu)的能耗少等優(yōu)勢(shì),成為我國住宅體系新的發(fā)展方向。然而我國現(xiàn)有的裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)因其管理體系不完善,施工技術(shù)不規(guī)范,未能充分發(fā)揮裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì)。針對(duì)性地分析了裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工過程中現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)理需要關(guān)注的控制要點(diǎn)以及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,希望對(duì)接觸此類工程的監(jiān)理人員能有所啟發(fā)和幫助。
[Abstract]:The prefabricated concrete structure has become a new development direction of housing system in China because of its advantages such as easy control of construction quality, short construction period and less energy consumption of the structure. However, the existing prefabricated concrete structures in our country are not able to give full play to the advantages of prefabricated concrete structures because of their imperfect management system and non-standard construction technology. This paper analyzes the control points and corresponding countermeasures which should be paid attention to in the construction process of prefabricated concrete structure engineering, hoping to enlighten and help the supervisors who come into contact with this kind of project.
