【摘要】：建筑工程中的裂縫問題,長期困擾著相關(guān)從業(yè)人員及專家學(xué)者。新技術(shù)、新材料在建筑工程中應(yīng)用的越來越普及,裂縫的現(xiàn)象也越來越常見,因此裂縫也成了迫切需要解決的技術(shù)難題。近代建筑材料的研究認(rèn)為,有裂縫是絕對(duì)的,無裂縫是相對(duì)的,因此,建筑物的裂縫是不可避免的。本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐對(duì)建筑工程中最為常見的鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆樓板裂縫問題進(jìn)行了探討,從混凝土材料方面、施工因素方面、設(shè)計(jì)方面綜合歸納分析了這類裂縫產(chǎn)生的成因,提出了要防止裂縫的出現(xiàn),須從材料、設(shè)計(jì)、施工等方面采取綜合控制的方法和措施。本文結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),闡述了裂縫的基本概念、開展機(jī)理,介紹了裂縫的基本形式、常見形態(tài),分析了裂縫產(chǎn)生原因與導(dǎo)致非結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫出現(xiàn)的混凝土收縮因素產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理及其影響因素,并從設(shè)計(jì)和施工兩方面綜合論述了裂縫出現(xiàn)的成因,根據(jù)不同原因提出了相應(yīng)的防治措施,并介紹了裂縫修復(fù)處理的方法。結(jié)合工程實(shí)例,運(yùn)用有限元軟件ANSYS建立理論模型,研究了非荷載裂縫對(duì)樓板受力性能的影響,提出了施工防范措施與修復(fù)加固建議。
[Abstract]:The problem of cracks in construction projects has long troubled the relevant practitioners and experts. The application of new technology and new materials in construction projects is becoming more and more popular, and the phenomenon of cracks is becoming more and more common. Therefore, cracks have become an urgent technical problem to be solved. The research of modern building materials holds that cracks are absolute and no cracks are relative, therefore, cracks in buildings are inevitable. Combined with engineering practice, this paper discusses the most common cracks in reinforced concrete cast-in-place floor slabs. The causes of these cracks are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of concrete materials, construction factors and design. In order to prevent the occurrence of cracks, it is necessary to adopt comprehensive control methods and measures from the aspects of material, design and construction. In this paper, the basic concept and mechanism of fracture are expounded, and the basic forms and common forms of fracture are introduced. This paper analyzes on the causes of cracks and the mechanism and influencing factors of concrete shrinkage factors which lead to unstructured cracks, and discusses the causes of cracks synthetically from the aspects of design and construction. According to different reasons, the corresponding prevention and treatment measures are put forward, and the methods of crack repairing and treatment are introduced. Combined with engineering examples, the theoretical model is established by using finite element software ANSYS, and the influence of non-load cracks on the behavior of floor is studied, and the construction preventive measures and suggestions for repairing and strengthening are put forward.
