現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土樓板非荷載裂縫影響研究
[Abstract]:The problem of cracks in construction projects has long troubled the relevant practitioners and experts. The application of new technology and new materials in construction projects is becoming more and more popular, and the phenomenon of cracks is becoming more and more common. Therefore, cracks have become an urgent technical problem to be solved. The research of modern building materials holds that cracks are absolute and no cracks are relative, therefore, cracks in buildings are inevitable. Combined with engineering practice, this paper discusses the most common cracks in reinforced concrete cast-in-place floor slabs. The causes of these cracks are summarized and analyzed from the aspects of concrete materials, construction factors and design. In order to prevent the occurrence of cracks, it is necessary to adopt comprehensive control methods and measures from the aspects of material, design and construction. In this paper, the basic concept and mechanism of fracture are expounded, and the basic forms and common forms of fracture are introduced. This paper analyzes on the causes of cracks and the mechanism and influencing factors of concrete shrinkage factors which lead to unstructured cracks, and discusses the causes of cracks synthetically from the aspects of design and construction. According to different reasons, the corresponding prevention and treatment measures are put forward, and the methods of crack repairing and treatment are introduced. Combined with engineering examples, the theoretical model is established by using finite element software ANSYS, and the influence of non-load cracks on the behavior of floor is studied, and the construction preventive measures and suggestions for repairing and strengthening are put forward.
