【摘要】：為研究鋼與混凝土組合的網(wǎng)殼節(jié)點(diǎn)在軸壓和壓彎荷載作用下的力學(xué)性能,對(duì)10個(gè)不同參數(shù)的鋼與混凝土組合的節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究.試驗(yàn)構(gòu)件主要變化參數(shù)包括:內(nèi)圓鋼管的壁厚和半徑、外圓鋼管的壁厚及矩形鋼管與外圓鋼管的不同連接方式.試驗(yàn)研究表明:在軸壓和壓彎荷載作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)出了與鋼管混凝土相似的特點(diǎn),具有較高的承載力和良好的塑性變形能力;內(nèi)圓鋼管的壁厚和半徑對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力影響較大,外圓鋼管的壁厚對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力影響較小;連接方式對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力影響較大,圓鋼管高于矩形鋼管的節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力比圓鋼管與矩形鋼管齊平的承載力至少提高15%;軸壓荷載作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞方式可以分為中心壓縮和梭形偏轉(zhuǎn)破壞;壓彎荷載作用下節(jié)點(diǎn)的破壞方式分為節(jié)點(diǎn)和鋼管屈服破壞.
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical properties of reticulated shell joints combined with steel and concrete under axial compression and flexural load, 10 steel and concrete joints with different parameters were tested. The main parameters of the test components include the wall thickness and radius of the inner circular steel tube, the wall thickness of the outer circular steel pipe and the different connection modes between the rectangular steel tube and the outer circular steel pipe. The experimental results show that the joints show similar characteristics to concrete filled steel tube under axial compression and bending load, and have high bearing capacity and good plastic deformation capacity, and the wall thickness and radius of inner circular steel tube have great influence on the bearing capacity of joints. The wall thickness of the outer circular steel tube has little effect on the bearing capacity of the joints, while the connection mode has a great effect on the bearing capacity of the joints. The joint bearing capacity of circular steel pipe higher than that of rectangular steel pipe is at least 15 times higher than that of circular steel tube and rectangular steel tube, and the failure mode of joint under axial compression load can be divided into central compression and spindle deflection failure. The failure modes of joints under compression and bending loads can be divided into joint and steel pipe yield failure.
