【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的形勢(shì)下,社會(huì)的整體科技創(chuàng)新水平得到了顯著的提高,使得知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)逐漸發(fā)展成為企業(yè)的核心資源,在企業(yè)參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中也發(fā)揮著不可替代的關(guān)鍵作用。建筑業(yè)為我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做了突出貢獻(xiàn),是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),在新的形勢(shì)下也要面對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)所帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)有關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查閱與研究,按照綜合性、系統(tǒng)性、創(chuàng)新性以及針對(duì)性的基本原則,與建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)所面臨的實(shí)際現(xiàn)狀相結(jié)合,本文構(gòu)建了建筑企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系。該體系主要涵蓋六個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容,分別為企業(yè)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)戰(zhàn)略、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)內(nèi)容、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)組織、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)工具以及知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警機(jī)制,為建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系的建立和完善提供參考和借鑒。在科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、可比性以及可操作性原則的指導(dǎo)下,基于前人的研究成果本文構(gòu)建了建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并且利用群組決策特征根法和相關(guān)性分析法分別對(duì)指標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵性和相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析,以確保指標(biāo)的科學(xué)性與合理性。在對(duì)比、分析各種常見的評(píng)價(jià)方法基礎(chǔ)上,確定了模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法作為建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)體系的評(píng)價(jià)方法,保證評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的可靠性,以期為建筑企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)水平的提高起到推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the whole level of scientific and technological innovation in society has been greatly improved, which makes intellectual property rights gradually develop into the core resources of enterprises, and also plays an irreplaceable key role in the participation of enterprises in market competition. The construction industry has made outstanding contributions to the economic development of our country and is the pillar industry of the national economy. Under the new situation, it will also face the opportunities and challenges brought by intellectual property rights. After consulting and studying the relevant documents on intellectual property protection of enterprises, and in accordance with the basic principles of comprehensiveness, systematization, innovation and pertinence, it is combined with the actual situation of intellectual property protection faced by construction enterprises. This article has constructed the construction enterprise intellectual property protection system. The system mainly covers six aspects: the enterprise's intellectual property protection strategy, the intellectual property protection content, the intellectual property protection organization, the intellectual property protection system, Intellectual property protection tools and early warning mechanism of intellectual property protection risk provide reference and reference for the establishment and improvement of intellectual property protection system of construction enterprises. Under the guidance of the principles of science, systematization, comparability and maneuverability, based on the previous research results, this paper constructs the evaluation index of intellectual property protection system of construction enterprises. In order to ensure the scientificity and rationality of the index, the method of group decision feature root and the method of correlation analysis are used to analyze the key and correlation of the index respectively. On the basis of comparison and analysis of various common evaluation methods, the fuzzy network analysis method is determined as the evaluation method of intellectual property protection system of construction enterprises to ensure the reliability of the evaluation results. In order to improve the level of intellectual property protection for construction enterprises to play a role in promoting.
