濟南西客站片區(qū)保障安居二期工程項目質量控制研究
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of civilization, living has become the basis of people's lives. With the rapid development of the national economy, the process of commercialization of urban housing is speeding up day by day. The contradiction between human housing demand and the rising housing prices is becoming increasingly prominent. The housing problem has become the focus of social concern. China began to implement housing projects in 1995, and began to implement the construction of affordable housing projects. However, due to the shortage of land supply, the lack of construction funds and the lack of legal supervision, the development of secure housing projects in China lags behind, and the contradiction of people's housing is more prominent. Many low- and middle-income families can't afford or even rent commercial housing, which in the long run may lead to social isolation within the city, thus causing social contradictions. In recent years, the state has issued a series of related policies to build adequate security housing projects, alleviate the housing difficulties of low-income families, and improve the housing supply system of our country. The construction and management of large-scale indemnificatory housing projects will be a severe social problem faced by the government and all walks of life. Among them, the problem of engineering quality has become an important issue in the construction of secure housing projects. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to use advanced quality management and control methods to ensure the quality of these secure housing projects. On the basis of collecting and collating the relevant data, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis and in-depth study on the theories and methods of the indemnificatory housing project at home and abroad. Combined with the theory of quality control of construction project, the theoretical system of quality management method of supportable housing project is determined according to the specific conditions of our country, and the forming process, methods, countermeasures and measures of quality control of supportable housing project are actively explored. This paper begins with the problems existing in the construction quality of the supportable living in our country and the present research situation, and expounds the relevant theories and methods of the quality control of the supportable living in the project. Combined with the second phase of the project of the indemnificatory living in Jinan West passenger Station, the quality control of the project is studied in depth. This paper puts forward the effective control of the different levels and links of the indemnificatory residential project, clarifies the influencing factors and control objectives, and analyzes the quality control content and operation mode of the second phase project of guaranteeing Anju in the area of Jinan West passenger Station. The quality control in the implementation stage is analyzed, and then the evaluation index system of project quality control is constructed by introducing the AHP Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). By using the multilevel fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) evaluation system, it is concluded that the quality grade of the second phase of the project of the indemnificatory Anju project in the west passenger station area of Jinan is "good", and the grade of the quality index is clear. Especially, the construction quality evaluation index and acceptance quality evaluation index which is too low in the grade, the establishment of the QC working group to carry on the quality improvement and the repair emphatically, takes the initiative measure to realize the quality control to the supportable living project.
