商業(yè)業(yè)態(tài)聚合下的購物中心空間架構(gòu)設(shè)計
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy, people's living standards have also been greatly improved, people's consumption psychology, consumption concept and so on have undergone tremendous changes, the concept of shopping has also changed. No longer is the traditional simple purchase of goods, but covers leisure, entertainment, catering and many other acts in one. And with the impact of e-commerce, retail department stores have been hit by unprecedented impact, which has led many operators to reduce the size of retail operations in shopping centers. Other business formats have been introduced to enhance the commercial value of shopping malls. As a result, more and more businesses are gathered in shopping malls. For example, many restaurants, amusement parks, cinemas, gymnasiums, training institutions, etc., have settled in shopping malls. The gathering of these forms not only brings a lot of popularity to the shopping center, but also creates enormous commercial value for the shopping center. Through the field investigation of a large number of shopping centers, it is found that some shopping centers do not fully consider the converging relationship of the current shopping center's business style and the influence on the building space when designing the buildings. As a result, many building spaces can not meet the needs of the corresponding business store, which not only brings inconvenience to the consumers, but also has an impact on the operators, which is not conducive to the creation of commercial buildings. So this paper starts with the relationship of shopping center's business form and summarizes the space characteristic of shopping center by investigating a large number of examples of shopping center. Then from the point of view of the main body of the shopping center-consumers to analyze and study the design of the shopping center commercial dynamic line under the aggregation of business conditions, and then analyze the functional space of the business in detail. Finally, Starting with the distribution of the level of business form of shopping center, this paper studies the organization and arrangement of commercial activity line of shopping center, and studies the functional space, shared space and auxiliary function space of business form around the line of commercial activity. Try to explore the development trend of shopping center, and finally with an example to illustrate. This paper is divided into six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, the research background of the paper is summarized, the purpose and significance of the research, the domestic research status, related concepts, research content, Methods the second chapter makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the aggregation of shopping center form, investigates and analyzes the present situation of shopping center, then interprets the cause of the aggregation of business form, and then turns to the building value of shopping center. The characteristics of shopping center space environment and the necessity of aggregate design of shopping center space are expounded. The third chapter takes the main body of the shopping center as the research clue, the current consumer's demand for the shopping center's business form aggregation, the demand for the commercial activity line, the composition and the function of the commercial dynamic line, the composition and the characteristic of the function space under the business pattern aggregation. The fourth chapter starts with the distribution of the function level of the shopping center, and expounds the traffic streamline organization, the function space, the shared space and the auxiliary function space of the shopping center. Chapter five combines theoretical research with practical cases. The sixth chapter is the summary of this paper.
