【摘要】：基于ANSYS開(kāi)發(fā)了加油站網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)算分析程序,經(jīng)對(duì)比分析驗(yàn)證了該程序計(jì)算結(jié)果的合理性。利用該程序通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單地輸入網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)的基本幾何尺寸,即可快速地、完全自動(dòng)化地建立有限元分析模型。該程序具備良好的后處理功能,在網(wǎng)架計(jì)算分析完成后,程序可自動(dòng)以不同顏色顯示受壓和受拉承載力不足的桿件,可視化地將分析結(jié)果展現(xiàn)給分析人員,提高工作效率。該程序適合于檢測(cè)過(guò)程中的驗(yàn)算分析工作。
[Abstract]:Based on ANSYS, a program for checking and analyzing gas station grid structure is developed, and the rationality of the program is verified by comparison and analysis. By simply inputting the basic geometric dimensions of the grid structure, the finite element analysis model can be established quickly and completely automatically by the program. The program has a good post-processing function. After the calculation and analysis of the grid frame is completed, the program can automatically display the compressed and unloaded bars with different colors, and visualize the analysis results to the analysts and improve the working efficiency. The program is suitable for checking and analyzing in the process of detection.
