【摘要】：隨著“十二五”科技支撐項(xiàng)目對(duì)村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的計(jì)劃與支持,村鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的發(fā)展正朝著改善村鎮(zhèn)人居環(huán)境和建筑的可持續(xù)發(fā)展方向穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)。如今綠色建筑已成為建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展總趨勢(shì),而農(nóng)村的住宅建筑比例占我國(guó)居住建筑數(shù)量的半數(shù)以上,東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村的住宅建筑為抵御惡劣的氣候條件而產(chǎn)生巨大的建筑能耗,且環(huán)境質(zhì)量和舒適度水平較差。綠色建筑的發(fā)展不單以建筑節(jié)能為單一發(fā)展路線,其更重視人居環(huán)境的凈化和生活條件的舒適。綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)體系近年來(lái)發(fā)展迅速,國(guó)際上已成功出臺(tái)多種針對(duì)各類(lèi)建筑的綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系。我國(guó)于2015年初開(kāi)始實(shí)行最新的《綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,其中包含了居住建筑與公共建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但農(nóng)村住宅與城市住宅的差距較大,且東北地區(qū)氣候特殊,不能一概而論。為此,本文旨在構(gòu)建出適用于東北農(nóng)村住宅的綠色評(píng)價(jià)體系。本文通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有東北農(nóng)村住宅綠色發(fā)展進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,從能源與資源的節(jié)約、環(huán)境質(zhì)量、舒適度要求和運(yùn)行管理等方面入手,主要以黑龍江省黑河市、肇東市、綏化市、吉林省長(zhǎng)春市、遼寧省阜新市、內(nèi)蒙古赤峰市等地的下屬村鎮(zhèn)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,綜合對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外已發(fā)布和被大量應(yīng)用的綠色住宅評(píng)價(jià)體系的研究,分析確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)以及初步確定指標(biāo)的內(nèi)容,通過(guò)咨詢相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜宜玫降慕ㄗh和意見(jiàn),對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行修改與完善,并給予部分定量的指標(biāo)以合理取值。通過(guò)AHP層次分析法進(jìn)行專(zhuān)家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,在數(shù)據(jù)的處理過(guò)程中,應(yīng)用格拉布斯法對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行野值剔除,再對(duì)專(zhuān)家的可靠水平進(jìn)行分析,以保證所得數(shù)據(jù)的權(quán)威性。應(yīng)用Yaahp軟件對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行一致性檢驗(yàn)和計(jì)算,得到權(quán)重系數(shù),最終建立完善的東北農(nóng)村綠色住宅評(píng)價(jià)體系,以期在綠色建筑飛速發(fā)展的今天,為東北農(nóng)村的住宅建筑提供綠色發(fā)展建議和意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the plan and support of the science and technology support project in the 12th Five-Year Plan, the development of the village and town construction is advancing steadily towards the improvement of the living environment of the village and the sustainable development of the building. Nowadays, green building has become the general trend of the construction industry, and the proportion of rural residential buildings accounts for more than half of the number of residential buildings in our country. The rural residential buildings in Northeast China produce huge building energy consumption in order to resist the bad weather conditions. And the environmental quality and comfort level are poor. The development of green buildings not only takes building energy conservation as a single development route, but also pays more attention to the purification of living environment and the comfort of living conditions. The evaluation system of green building has developed rapidly in recent years. At the beginning of 2015, China began to implement the latest "Green Building Evaluation Standard", which includes residential and public building evaluation standards. However, the gap between rural housing and urban housing is large, and the northeast region has a special climate, so it can not be generalized. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to construct a green evaluation system for rural housing in Northeast China. Based on the investigation and analysis of the green development of the existing rural housing in Northeast China, this paper starts with the conservation of energy and resources, the quality of the environment, the requirements of comfort and operation management, etc., mainly in Heihe City, Zhaodong City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province. Changchun City, Jilin Province, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, and other subordinate villages and towns are the objects of investigation. It synthesizes the research on the evaluation system of green housing published at home and abroad and widely used. This paper analyzes the structure of the evaluation index system and the contents of the preliminary determination of the index system, modifies and perfects the evaluation index system by consulting the suggestions and opinions of the experts in the relevant fields, and gives a part of quantitative index to reasonably select the value. In the process of data processing, the method of Grubbs is used to eliminate outliers, and then the reliability of experts is analyzed to ensure the authority of the data. Using Yaahp software to check and calculate the consistency of the data, get the weight coefficient, finally establish a perfect evaluation system of rural green housing in Northeast China, in the hope of the rapid development of green buildings today, To provide green development advice and advice for rural residential buildings in Northeast China.
