多曲面空間桁架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝質(zhì)量技術(shù)管理研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),大型復(fù)雜空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)形式在我國(guó)的建筑中發(fā)展迅速,應(yīng)用范圍越來(lái)越廣。原因是其受力合理、剛度大,適合用于大空間、大跨度的建筑,其制作安裝的方便也適合各種形狀、類型的設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),隨著空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的表現(xiàn)形式變得復(fù)雜多樣,曲面造型的大量出現(xiàn),使建造的難度隨之增大,對(duì)建筑施工的要求也提高了。建造過(guò)程中的流程部署、測(cè)量定位、結(jié)構(gòu)受力和卸載變形等,對(duì)安裝的質(zhì)量都有很大的影響,因而對(duì)大型空間多曲面結(jié)構(gòu)整個(gè)安裝過(guò)程進(jìn)行技術(shù)模擬分析及對(duì)其安裝質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)進(jìn)行研究是十分有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的,它可以為此后復(fù)雜曲面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)吊拼裝的技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)支持。本文對(duì)大型多曲面復(fù)雜空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工中的安裝技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理的策劃、過(guò)程控制措施等進(jìn)行探討,說(shuō)明了現(xiàn)階段此類復(fù)雜工程技術(shù)質(zhì)量管理的進(jìn)展和關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)。首先,對(duì)大型雜空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)常見(jiàn)安裝方法進(jìn)行分析類比,結(jié)合廣州亞運(yùn)體操館的多曲面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝工程設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)施工的全過(guò)程安裝設(shè)定思路,其安裝質(zhì)量方法可以按原有的高空散拼法和單元安裝法兩者的質(zhì)量管理方式結(jié)合使用。依據(jù)工程的質(zhì)量控制目標(biāo)與安裝的過(guò)程特點(diǎn),從管理體系、人員架構(gòu)、各階段的過(guò)程控制等方面進(jìn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程安裝質(zhì)量技術(shù)管理策劃,分解為各分項(xiàng)工程的質(zhì)量管理和對(duì)支撐和卸載等臨時(shí)工程的管理。最后,結(jié)合亞運(yùn)體操館的施工實(shí)際效果,得出質(zhì)量控制的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)措施,主要控制點(diǎn)是在于是加工、預(yù)拼裝等階段的測(cè)量定位,雙曲空間桁架的吊運(yùn)、組拼裝過(guò)程控制,以及組合支撐架的設(shè)計(jì)使用對(duì)安裝精度的支持以及利用架支撐進(jìn)行整體卸載、結(jié)構(gòu)變形控制等。綜上所述,結(jié)合大型多曲面空間鋼結(jié)構(gòu)安裝過(guò)程模擬及相關(guān)安裝控制技術(shù),對(duì)此類安裝工程的施工組織、質(zhì)量監(jiān)控策劃有著關(guān)鍵的作用。本文所記錄的空間桁架安裝、曲面結(jié)構(gòu)測(cè)量定位、組合支撐胎架的使用等對(duì)今后大跨度多曲面空間結(jié)構(gòu)的技術(shù)質(zhì)量控制工作有著重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, large and complex spatial steel structures have developed rapidly in our country, and have been used more and more widely. The reason is that its force is reasonable, stiffness is large, suitable for large space, long span buildings, its easy to make and install also suitable for various shapes and types of design. At the same time, with the complexity and diversity of spatial steel structure and the appearance of curved surface, the difficulty of construction is increased, and the requirement of construction is raised. The process deployment, measurement and positioning, structural stress and unloading deformation during the construction process have a great impact on the quality of the installation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to simulate and analyze the whole installation process of the large space multi-curved structure and to study the key points of its installation quality control. It can provide experience support for the technical quality management of steel structure crane assembly with complex curved surface. This paper discusses the planning of installation technology quality management and process control measures in the construction of large multi-curved complex spatial steel structure, and explains the progress and key control points of this kind of complex engineering technology quality management at present. First of all, the common installation methods of large miscellaneous space steel structure are analyzed and compared, and the whole process of installation of the structure is set according to the design features of the multi-curved steel structure installation engineering of Guangzhou Asian Games gymnasium. The method of installation quality can be used according to the quality management mode of the original aerial scattering spelling method and the unit installation method. According to the quality control objectives and installation process characteristics of the project, the management system, personnel structure, process control of each stage of steel structure engineering installation quality and technical management planning are carried out. Decomposed into sub-project quality management and support and unloading of temporary works management. Finally, combined with the actual construction effect of the Asian Games gymnasium, the key technical measures of quality control are obtained. The main control points are the measurement and positioning in the processing, pre-assembly and other stages, the lifting of hyperbolic space truss, and the control of assembly process. The design of the combined support frame uses the support of the installation precision, the overall unloading of the frame support, the deformation control of the structure, and so on. To sum up, combined with the simulation of the installation process of large multi-curved space steel structure and the related installation control technology, it plays a key role in the construction organization and quality control planning of this kind of installation project. The installation of space truss, the measurement and positioning of curved surface structure, and the use of combined support tread are of great reference value for the technical quality control of large span multi-curved space structures in the future.
