超低溫下有黏結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁受彎性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為確保預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在超低溫下的安全使用,借助超低溫冷庫和自制保溫-加載裝置,在不同溫度點(diǎn)(20℃、-40℃、-70℃、-100℃)下對不同張拉控制應(yīng)力(0fptk、0.75fptk)的12根有黏結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁的受彎性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:有黏結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁在超低溫下仍能較好地符合平截面假定;在試件開裂前,梁的剛度受溫度和預(yù)應(yīng)力度的影響較小,而試件開裂后,梁的剛度隨溫度的降低而提高;低溫下,預(yù)應(yīng)力仍能有效提高構(gòu)件的抗裂度和抗彎剛度;隨著溫度的降低,試件開裂荷載呈直線上升,試件的極限承載力呈加速上升,但其提高程度小于開裂荷載,試件開裂荷載與極限荷載的比值增大,變形性能降低;考慮材料低溫效應(yīng)后,代入規(guī)范公式得到的極限承載力是可靠的,而開裂荷載計(jì)算值較實(shí)測值大,仍需進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步研究。
