【摘要】：本文研究大型市政工程項(xiàng)目控制進(jìn)度管理問題。市政建設(shè)項(xiàng)目是政府項(xiàng)目的重要組成部分之一,具有投資大、影響面廣、工期緊、施工組織復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn)。長期以來,如何有效地開展市政工程項(xiàng)目管理,一直是項(xiàng)目管理領(lǐng)域關(guān)注的問題。本文的研究對(duì)象是人民南路維護(hù)改造項(xiàng)目,由于這個(gè)項(xiàng)目地處成都市中心,所以項(xiàng)目的組織是否合理,會(huì)直接影響到大多數(shù)成都市民的生活和工作,可以說這是一個(gè)牽一發(fā)而動(dòng)全身的項(xiàng)目。如何有效地組織實(shí)施項(xiàng)目,是該項(xiàng)目決策者非常關(guān)注的問題。論文結(jié)合項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐,重點(diǎn)解決以下問題:1.關(guān)注大型市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的基本特征,對(duì)于如何系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目、如何有效識(shí)別項(xiàng)目干系人、如何合理分析項(xiàng)目環(huán)境等問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)討論;2.關(guān)注市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的組織特點(diǎn)、工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),就項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)管理理論、范圍管理理論如何有效應(yīng)用到市政工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理加以研究;3.項(xiàng)目管理是將理論、方法、工具、技術(shù)應(yīng)用于項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的方法,所以,本論文注重以具體工程案例為研究對(duì)象的管理工具開發(fā),通過總結(jié)出典型的項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃模版,提高項(xiàng)目組織和管理能力;4.論文通過總結(jié)市政建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的優(yōu)化原理和方法,提出完整的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃生成方法;5.通過總結(jié)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制流程和控制原則,結(jié)合實(shí)際案例,對(duì)項(xiàng)目控制中的掙值管理方法提出具體的表格工具和分析流程。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the control schedule management of large-scale municipal engineering projects. Municipal construction project is one of the important components of government projects, which has the characteristics of large investment, wide influence, tight construction period, complex construction organization, and so on. For a long time, how to effectively carry out municipal engineering project management has always been a concern in the field of project management. The object of this study is the people's South Road maintenance and renovation project. As the project is located in the center of Chengdu, whether the organization of the project is reasonable or not will directly affect the life and work of most Chengdu citizens. It can be said that this is a full-body project. How to organize and implement the project effectively is a very important problem for the project decision makers. Combined with project practice, this paper focuses on solving the following problem: 1. 1. This paper focuses on the basic characteristics of large-scale municipal engineering construction projects, and discusses systematically how to plan the project systematically, how to identify the project stakeholders effectively, and how to reasonably analyze the project environment and so on. This paper focuses on the organizational characteristics and work breakdown structure of municipal engineering construction projects, and studies how to effectively apply the project objective management theory and the scope management theory to the municipal engineering construction project management. Project management is the method of applying theory, method, tools and technology to project practice activities. Therefore, this paper focuses on the development of management tools based on concrete engineering cases, and summarizes typical project network planning templates. Improve project organization and management capability. Through summarizing the optimization principle and method of municipal construction project schedule, this paper puts forward a complete project schedule generation method. Through summing up the relevant project schedule control flow and control principle, combining with the actual case, the paper puts forward the concrete form tool and analysis flow to the earned value management method in the project control.
