成都人民南路維護(hù)改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制研究
[Abstract]:This paper studies the control schedule management of large-scale municipal engineering projects. Municipal construction project is one of the important components of government projects, which has the characteristics of large investment, wide influence, tight construction period, complex construction organization, and so on. For a long time, how to effectively carry out municipal engineering project management has always been a concern in the field of project management. The object of this study is the people's South Road maintenance and renovation project. As the project is located in the center of Chengdu, whether the organization of the project is reasonable or not will directly affect the life and work of most Chengdu citizens. It can be said that this is a full-body project. How to organize and implement the project effectively is a very important problem for the project decision makers. Combined with project practice, this paper focuses on solving the following problem: 1. 1. This paper focuses on the basic characteristics of large-scale municipal engineering construction projects, and discusses systematically how to plan the project systematically, how to identify the project stakeholders effectively, and how to reasonably analyze the project environment and so on. This paper focuses on the organizational characteristics and work breakdown structure of municipal engineering construction projects, and studies how to effectively apply the project objective management theory and the scope management theory to the municipal engineering construction project management. Project management is the method of applying theory, method, tools and technology to project practice activities. Therefore, this paper focuses on the development of management tools based on concrete engineering cases, and summarizes typical project network planning templates. Improve project organization and management capability. Through summarizing the optimization principle and method of municipal construction project schedule, this paper puts forward a complete project schedule generation method. Through summing up the relevant project schedule control flow and control principle, combining with the actual case, the paper puts forward the concrete form tool and analysis flow to the earned value management method in the project control.
