【摘要】：中國(guó)是目前世界上最大的建筑工地和試驗(yàn)場(chǎng),其中工業(yè)建筑占有相當(dāng)大的分量。但與全國(guó)范圍的巨大的建設(shè)量相比,工業(yè)建筑的整體設(shè)計(jì)水平普遍不高。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的提高,人們對(duì)工業(yè)建筑的外觀形象有著越來(lái)越高的期望,快速提高工業(yè)建筑外觀設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量是十分必然和迫切的。本文結(jié)合現(xiàn)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)眾多實(shí)踐案例的分析,總結(jié)了工業(yè)建筑外觀設(shè)計(jì)的一些規(guī)律,提出工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì),尤其是外觀設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)需要重點(diǎn)把握的一些事項(xiàng)和常用的處理手法,以期能夠指導(dǎo)工業(yè)建筑外觀設(shè)計(jì)更進(jìn)一步的實(shí)踐。因此,本文是在理論指導(dǎo)下的對(duì)實(shí)踐問(wèn)題的探索,在廣大建筑師對(duì)工業(yè)建筑缺乏足夠的重視的現(xiàn)實(shí)語(yǔ)境下,這種總結(jié)和探索希望起到拋磚引玉的作用。本文提出工業(yè)建筑有其固有的性格特征。工業(yè)建筑外觀設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)把握其性格,重點(diǎn)從形體關(guān)系、建筑色彩、建筑技藝等幾個(gè)方面去創(chuàng)作。在形體關(guān)系上,由生產(chǎn)工藝的限定性這一約束性條件激發(fā)創(chuàng)作的靈感,并與工藝設(shè)計(jì)人員形成良性的互動(dòng)。在建筑色彩方面,通過(guò)色彩的選擇與搭配、協(xié)調(diào)與對(duì)比以突出建筑特色。在建筑技藝方面,通過(guò)建筑材料、設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)意、施工水平等反映和體現(xiàn)建筑的時(shí)代特征。在建筑材料的選擇與組合、材質(zhì)和肌理的對(duì)比等形式美的規(guī)律上仔細(xì)推敲。對(duì)立面開洞的方式和比例等細(xì)部節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)有深入細(xì)致的設(shè)計(jì),如墻基、窗楣、線腳、檐口、雨篷等,同時(shí)細(xì)部節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)有創(chuàng)新。最后文章提出建筑師應(yīng)加強(qiáng)建筑理論的學(xué)習(xí)、了解新材料、新技術(shù)、新應(yīng)用,不斷研究和創(chuàng)新,以發(fā)展的觀點(diǎn)對(duì)待工業(yè)建筑的創(chuàng)作,同時(shí)認(rèn)識(shí)業(yè)主審美取向上的多樣性,主動(dòng)去適應(yīng)。文章希望廣大建筑師對(duì)工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)投入足夠的重視和熱情,使我國(guó)的工業(yè)建筑設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)和質(zhì)量能夠不斷提高,達(dá)到世界先進(jìn)水平。
[Abstract]:China is currently the world's largest construction site and test site, in which industrial buildings account for considerable weight. However, the overall design level of industrial buildings is generally not high compared with the large amount of construction throughout the country. With the improvement of economic development level, people have higher and higher expectations for the appearance image of industrial buildings. It is very necessary and urgent to improve the appearance design quality of industrial buildings quickly. Based on the theory of modern architectural design and the analysis of many practical cases, this paper summarizes some rules of industrial architectural appearance design, and puts forward industrial architectural design. In particular, some important matters and common handling methods should be grasped in order to guide the further practice of industrial architecture appearance design. Therefore, under the guidance of theory, this paper explores the practical problems, and in the realistic context where the architects do not pay enough attention to industrial buildings, this kind of summary and exploration hope plays an important role. This paper puts forward that industrial architecture has its inherent character. Industrial architectural appearance design should grasp its character, especially from the aspects of form relation, architectural color, architectural technique and so on. In the aspect of physical relationship, the restriction of production process is the binding condition to stimulate the inspiration of creation and to form a benign interaction with the process designer. In architectural color, through color selection and collocation, coordination and contrast to highlight architectural characteristics. In terms of architectural skills, architectural materials, design creativity, construction level and other reflect and reflect the characteristics of the times. In the choice and combination of building materials, material and texture contrast and other formal beauty of the law carefully studied. There should be thorough and meticulous design of the detailed joints such as wall base, window lintel, wire foot, cornice, canopy, and so on. At the same time, the design of detail joint should be innovated. Finally, it is proposed that architects should strengthen the study of architectural theory, understand new materials, new technologies, new applications, research and innovation, treat the creation of industrial buildings from the point of view of development, and recognize the diversity of the aesthetic orientation of the owners. Take the initiative to adapt. This paper hopes that the architects will pay enough attention and enthusiasm to the industrial architecture design so that the technology and quality of the industrial architecture design in our country can be improved continuously to reach the advanced level of the world.
