后裝拔出法檢測纖維水泥砂漿抗壓強度試驗方法研究

【摘要】:當前,我國經(jīng)濟保持著快速發(fā)展,建筑業(yè)處于較快發(fā)展進程之中。由于建筑物老化、建筑功能的改變等等,而使建筑物需要進行加固處理。加固領域中,比較經(jīng)濟的、用得比較廣泛的加固方法是纖維水泥砂漿加固,然而現(xiàn)場檢測加固層的纖維水泥砂漿抗壓強度的方法還不成熟,沒有統(tǒng)一的標準。為得到一種可靠的現(xiàn)場檢測纖維水泥砂漿抗壓強度的方法,本文對后裝拔出法檢測纖維水泥砂漿進行研究,主要研究的內(nèi)容及結論如下:(1)模擬工程實際加固情況,采用三種常用的纖維水泥砂漿(聚乙烯醇纖維水泥砂漿、聚丙烯纖維水泥砂漿、鋼纖維水泥砂漿)分別對素混凝土試件進行加固處理。根據(jù)配合比,每種纖維水泥砂漿都配置9個強度等級,即M20、M30、M40、M50、M60、M70、M80、M90、M100。在對素混凝土試件進行加固時,相應地制作立方體試件,立方體試件和加固試件置于相同的環(huán)境下進行養(yǎng)護。養(yǎng)護28d后,采用后裝拔出法對纖維水泥砂漿加固薄層進行拔出試驗。根據(jù)極限拔出力代表值與纖維水泥砂漿立方體試件抗壓強度代表值之間的關系,進行一元回歸分析。經(jīng)過試驗及分析得到三種纖維水泥砂漿的測強公式,即測強曲線。(2)對一元線性擬合的測強公式進行評價,并進行顯著性檢驗。三種纖維水泥砂漿的測強公式相對誤差都較小,精確度較高,檢驗效果顯著,其中鋼纖維水泥砂漿的測強公式誤差最小,檢驗效果最好。根據(jù)試驗建立非線性模型,并與線性擬合的結果進行對比分析。在檢測纖維水泥砂漿抗壓強度的方法中,對后裝拔出法和先裝拔出法進行對比分析。(3)分析后裝拔出法檢測纖維水泥砂漿破壞形態(tài),并從客觀和主觀兩個方面分析影響后裝拔出法的因素。(4)后裝拔出法檢測纖維水泥砂漿抗壓強度試驗為編制《拔出法檢測水泥砂漿和纖維水泥砂漿強度技術規(guī)程》標準提供參考,規(guī)范和推廣在實際工程中采用后裝拔出法檢測纖維水泥砂漿強度。
[Abstract]:At present, our country economy maintains the fast development, the construction industry is in the fast development process. Due to the aging of buildings, changes in building functions and so on, buildings need to be strengthened. In the field of reinforcement, the more economical and widely used reinforcement method is fiber cement mortar. However, the method to detect the compressive strength of fiber cement mortar in the field is not mature and there is no unified standard. In order to obtain a reliable method for testing the compressive strength of fiber cement mortar in situ, this paper studies the post-loading and pull-out method for testing fiber cement mortar. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: (1) simulating the actual reinforcement situation of engineering. Three kinds of fiber cement mortar (polyvinyl alcohol fiber cement mortar, polypropylene fiber cement mortar and steel fiber cement mortar) were used to reinforce the plain concrete specimens. According to the mix ratio, each kind of fiber cement mortar is equipped with 9 strength grades, namely, M20 M30, M40M50, M60, M70, M80, M90 and M100. When the plain concrete specimen is strengthened, the cube specimen is made accordingly, and the cube specimen and the strengthened specimen are maintained in the same environment. After 28 days of curing, the pull-out test of fiber cement mortar reinforced thin layer was carried out by the method of post-loading and pull-out. According to the relationship between the representative value of the ultimate pull-out force and the representative value of the compressive strength of the fiber cement mortar cube specimen, the univariate regression analysis is carried out. Through the test and analysis, three kinds of fiber cement mortar strength measurement formula, I. e., the strength measurement curve. (2) the univariate linear fitting strength measurement formula is evaluated, and the significance test is carried out. The relative error of the three kinds of fiber cement mortar is smaller, the accuracy is higher, and the test effect is remarkable, among which the steel fiber cement mortar has the smallest error and the best test effect. The nonlinear model is established according to the experiment and compared with the results of linear fitting. In the method of testing the compressive strength of fiber cement mortar, the post-loading pull-out method and the first-loading pull-out method are compared and analyzed. (3) the post-loading and pull-out method is used to detect the failure pattern of fiber cement mortar. The factors that affect the post-loading and pull-out method are analyzed from both objective and subjective aspects. (4) the test of compressive strength of fiber cement mortar by post-loading and pull-out method provides a reference for compiling the technical specification for testing the strength of cement mortar and fiber cement mortar by pull-out method. The strength of fiber cement mortar is tested by post-loading and pullout method in practical engineering.
