BIM技術(shù)在鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房建造中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:BIM is a new concept of architectural information model (Building Information Model) which appeared at the beginning of the 21st century. It is an inevitable product after the development of information technology to a certain stage of the impact on the construction industry. That is to say, through the specific tool software, all the components in the building are endowed with the interrelated parameter information, and the design, modification, analysis, and formation of the system can be used in the design and construction of the project, directly in the form of 3D visualization. Operation management and other building life cycle reference documents. In the process of steel structure informatization, the main problem is that a lot of project information is stored in each stage of steel structure life cycle. The phenomenon of "information island" caused by each stage using its own "model" has become an obstacle to the improvement of production efficiency of steel structure. Steel structure factory building is usually designed, manufactured, installed and maintained in one body, it is easier to eliminate this phenomenon of information isolated island, the use of BIM technology will solve this problem. This paper first analyzes the construction process of the conventional steel structure factory building, and finds that there are some problems in the process, such as loss of information, waste of resources, redundancy of work and inefficiency. From the point of view of the construction of steel structure factory building, the application research and practical exploration of the latest technology BIM in the construction process of steel structure factory building are carried out. The BIM technology is applied to the whole construction cycle of the steel structure factory building, which is designed, manufactured, installed and maintained. In order to solve the problems in the application of BIM technology in each stage and improve the deficiency of conventional steel structure construction process, a new construction process based on BIM technology is obtained, which can significantly improve efficiency, save cost, shorten construction period, and strengthen project management and control. The BIM technology of steel structure factory building is applied to practical engineering, and the advantages and disadvantages of BIM software in the construction of steel structure factory building are discussed through practical engineering. It is concluded that after the application of BIM technology, the models of various specialties are used effectively, the construction process of steel structure is improved, and the economic benefits are improved, but there are also the defects of incompatible data and inconsistent standards among BIM software. Restricted the popularity of BIM. Therefore, based on the idea of BIM, in the construction of steel structure factory building, the paper studies the three-dimensional visual information of BIM, manufacturing information, and analyzes the integrated BIM technology of the steel structure building, and makes a preliminary exploration on the application of integrated BIM technology. The unified integrated BIM software is used to run through the whole construction process of steel structure, which completely solves the problems of data incompatibility and standard disunity, greatly shortens the time limit, saves the cost, and promotes the automation and intelligence of steel structure manufacturing industry. Taking the construction of steel structure factory building as an example, this paper provides an effective theory, flow, method and technical means for the concrete application of integrated BIM technology in the construction of steel structure factory building, and provides a reference for practical application.
