【摘要】：以CPT-2抽屜式卸料平臺(tái)為例,在分析卸料平臺(tái)荷載工況的基礎(chǔ)上,通過靜力荷載試驗(yàn),系統(tǒng)研究各工況下抽屜式卸料平臺(tái)構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力、撓度、內(nèi)力以及平臺(tái)整體性,分析驗(yàn)證抽屜式卸料平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)的本質(zhì)安全性。然后,運(yùn)用MIDAS有限元軟件,模擬分析了卸料平臺(tái)正常使用工況與極端使用工況下的使用安全性,可為該型卸料平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the CPT-2 drawer unloading platform as an example, the stress, deflection, internal force and the integrity of the drawer unloading platform are studied systematically through static load test on the basis of analyzing the load conditions of the unloading platform. The intrinsic safety of the structure of the drawer unloading platform is analyzed and verified. Then, the MIDAS finite element software is used to model the structure of the drawer unloading platform. The safety of the unloading platform under normal and extreme working conditions is analyzed, which can provide reference for the design improvement of the unloading platform.
