【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化的高速發(fā)展和城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程的推動(dòng),我國的傳統(tǒng)村落正以一個(gè)讓人扼腕的速度迅速消亡,傳統(tǒng)村落作為中華傳統(tǒng)歷史文化底蘊(yùn)的載體,是長期以來村落經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、歷史文化的見證,傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)工作至關(guān)重要。為了更好的保護(hù)和傳承傳統(tǒng)村落,我國出臺(tái)了一系列政策和條例,旨在解決傳統(tǒng)村落不斷被破壞、損毀乃至消亡的問題,促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)歷史文化的傳承。通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,武漢市發(fā)現(xiàn)了大量的木蘭石砌特色的傳統(tǒng)村落,建筑風(fēng)貌獨(dú)特,歷史文化遺存相當(dāng)豐富,有著重大的保護(hù)意義。論文深入分析了木蘭石砌建造工藝的起源、工藝流程和工藝價(jià)值,木蘭石砌匠人的生存狀況和傳承情況以及木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的現(xiàn)狀分布、歷史沿革和特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了木蘭石砌特色的傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)面臨的問題。從文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)的角度,提煉了木蘭石砌特色的傳統(tǒng)村落評價(jià)指標(biāo),對其價(jià)值進(jìn)行評定,制定價(jià)值體系,并以此為依據(jù),指導(dǎo)木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的物質(zhì)和非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的分級、分片、分量的保護(hù)。從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的角度,分析木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展條件,分析其發(fā)展動(dòng)力,從而確定產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式、制定產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃策略;以文化傳承為前提確定木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的空間發(fā)展模式,制定空間規(guī)劃策略,同時(shí)提出木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)和發(fā)展的保障策略。最后以羅家崗傳統(tǒng)村落保護(hù)規(guī)劃為例,進(jìn)行理論的實(shí)證研究,為木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。綜上所述,論文主要針對武漢市木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)與規(guī)劃,對其進(jìn)行深入的研究和剖析,填補(bǔ)相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域的空白,同時(shí)提出保護(hù)規(guī)劃策略和可行性保障措施,為此后木蘭石砌特色傳統(tǒng)村落的保護(hù)研究和村落發(fā)展奠定一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)及理論研究基礎(chǔ),也為今后其中價(jià)值較高的村落申報(bào)國家級傳統(tǒng)村落做出了準(zhǔn)備。最后,結(jié)合羅家崗傳統(tǒng)村落實(shí)例,闡述了保護(hù)體系和各個(gè)策略應(yīng)用的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization and the promotion of urban-rural integration process, the traditional villages in our country are rapidly dying out at a gripping speed. As the carrier of the traditional Chinese historical and cultural heritage, the traditional villages have been developing for a long time. With the witness of history and culture, the protection of traditional villages is very important. In order to better protect and inherit the traditional villages, China has issued a series of policies and regulations to solve the problem of the destruction, destruction and even extinction of traditional villages, and to promote the heritage of traditional history and culture. Through field investigation, a large number of traditional villages with Mulan stone features have been found in Wuhan, with unique architectural features and rich historical and cultural relics. This paper deeply analyzes the origin, technological process and technological value of the construction technology of Mulan stone masonry, the living condition and inheritance of Mulan stone masonry craftsmen, and the distribution, historical evolution and characteristics of the traditional village with Mulan stone masonry characteristics. This paper summarizes the problems faced in the protection of traditional villages with Mulan stone features. From the perspective of cultural heritage protection, this paper abstracts the traditional village evaluation index with Mulan stone features, evaluates its value, formulates the value system, and takes this as the basis. Guide Mulan stone traditional village material and intangible cultural heritage classification, division, component protection. From the angle of economics, this paper analyzes the industrial development conditions of the traditional village with Mulan stone features, analyzes its development motive force, thus determines the industrial development model and formulates the industrial planning strategy. Based on the premise of cultural inheritance, this paper determines the spatial development mode of traditional village with Mulan stone features, formulates spatial planning strategy, and puts forward the protection and development strategy of traditional village with Mulan stone characteristics. Finally take Luojiagang traditional village protection plan as an example, carries on the theoretical demonstration research, for Mulan stone characteristic traditional village protection proposal. To sum up, the paper mainly aimed at the protection and planning of the traditional village with Mulan stone features in Wuhan, deeply studied and analyzed it, filled the gaps in related research fields, and put forward the protection planning strategy and feasible safeguard measures. For the Mulan stone characteristic traditional village protection research and the village development establishes the certain realistic guidance and the theory research foundation, also has made the preparation for the future high value village to declare the national level traditional village. Finally, combined with the example of Luojiagang traditional village, this paper expounds the feasibility of the protection system and the application of various strategies.
