【摘要】：在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,部分混凝土灌芯石膏速成墻板表面出現(xiàn)開裂的問題,需要設(shè)置合理尺寸的伸縮縫以防止裂縫的出現(xiàn)。采用數(shù)值分析的方法,利用粘聚-損傷模型模擬混凝土與石膏板間粘合劑的粘結(jié)作用,建立的非線性模型能有效模擬速成墻板在濕度和溫度變化下的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)表面石膏板的膨脹,分析石膏板在混凝土粘結(jié)作用下的受縛膨脹量,從而提供合理的膨脹縫預(yù)留尺寸。
[Abstract]:In the practical engineering application, the crack on the surface of part of the concrete pouring gypsum wall board appears, so it is necessary to set up the reasonable size expansion joint to prevent the crack from appearing. By using the method of numerical analysis, the adhesion between concrete and plasterboard was simulated by means of agglomeration-damage model. The nonlinear model can effectively simulate the expansion of the plasterboard on the composite structure under the change of humidity and temperature, and analyze the expansion amount of the gypsum board under the action of concrete bond, so as to provide a reasonable reserved size of expansion joint.
