天冬氨酸在氯化過程中生成消毒副產(chǎn)物二氯乙腈的研究

【摘要】:選擇甲基叔丁基醚為萃取劑,1,2-二溴丙烷為內(nèi)標(biāo)物,采用氣相色譜/質(zhì)譜法,建立了含氮消毒副產(chǎn)物二氯乙腈(DCAN)的測定方法.以天冬氨酸為前體物,研究飲用水氯化消毒過程中二氯乙腈的形成過程及影響因素,并探討了二氯乙腈的生成機(jī)制.結(jié)果表明,在酸性及中性條件下,DCAN的生成量隨著p H值的增大而增大,在堿性條件下,DCAN的生成量隨著p H值的增大而減小,并且堿性條件下DCAN的生成量明顯比中性和酸性條件下低.投氯量增加,DCAN的生成量也隨之不斷提高.在10~30℃范圍內(nèi),溫度對形成DCAN的影響不大.天冬氨酸氯化形成DCAN的過程包括7個步驟,經(jīng)過一系列包括取代、脫羧、氧化等反應(yīng)后,最終形成DCAN.
[Abstract]:A method for the determination of nitrogen-containing disinfection by-product dichloroacetonitrile (DCAN) was developed by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry with methyl tert Ding Ji ether as extractant and dibromopropane as internal standard. The formation process and influencing factors of dichloroacetonitrile during chlorination and disinfection of drinking water were studied with aspartic acid as precursor, and the formation mechanism of dichloroacetonitrile was discussed. The results show that the production of Dcan increases with the increase of pH value under acidic and neutral conditions, and decreases with the increase of pH value in alkaline condition. Moreover, the amount of DCAN under alkaline condition is lower than that under neutral and acidic conditions. The amount of chlorine added increases the production of Dcan. In the range of 1030 鈩,
