[Abstract]:The survey and design company is different from the general production enterprise, and the company's performance is constituted by the performance of many projects, and the personnel performance appraisal is often based on the project as the standard. For a long time, human resources management in our country has been aimed at production-oriented enterprises, few of which are aimed at survey and design enterprises. According to the needs of reconnaissance and design projects, survey and design enterprises carry out personnel development, training and rational allocation. Implement accurate performance evaluation and appropriate incentives. Since the reform and opening up, many survey and design units have continuously promoted the reform of the system and mechanism, explored the transformation and upgrading of the business model, and innovated the internal operation system and mechanism of the enterprise according to the changes and needs of the internal and external environment. It plays a more and more important role in the development of survey and design industry. Under this trend, many enterprises have realized that a set of effective performance appraisal system is of great significance to improve the performance of the company, enhance the core competitiveness of the company, and realize the strategic goal of the company. The more effective management of employees, the use of systematic, correct, fair and inspiring methods to assess employees can not only improve the enthusiasm of employees, but also improve the efficiency of enterprises. Enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises. This paper takes HK Survey and Design Company as the research object and establishes the employee performance appraisal system for the purpose of establishing a set of employee performance appraisal system suitable for the current situation of the company and able to promote the development of HK Survey and Design Company. Firstly, using the modern human resource management theory, this paper analyzes the current situation of HK survey and design company's human resource management, analyzes the existing problems of the company's performance appraisal system and analyzes the problems. On this basis, starting from the position responsibility of the company's employees, the author makes a thorough analysis of the work, determines the principles and standards of the performance appraisal, and finally puts forward the design scheme of the performance appraisal system of HK reconnaissance and design company. In the process of system design, according to the development strategy goal of the company, the target is integrated into the evaluation index, and the employee performance appraisal system of HK reconnaissance and design company is designed by 360 degree performance appraisal method and key performance index method. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, achieve the role of the strategic objectives of enterprise development. It should be pointed out that in HK survey and design company, the performance appraisal of the high level is completed by the board of directors, so the research object of the performance appraisal system in this paper is the middle manager and ordinary staff of HK survey and design company.
