多層裝配式模塊住宅結(jié)構(gòu)方案分析及優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:裝配式模塊結(jié)構(gòu)作為典型的工業(yè)化建筑具有良好的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用前景,為了獲得結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性能,掌握該類(lèi)結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),采用新尺寸箱體模塊,設(shè)計(jì)了7層標(biāo)準(zhǔn)戶(hù)型的裝配式模塊住宅結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)該結(jié)構(gòu)方案建立了有限元模型,與增加輔助立柱、橫梁和設(shè)置側(cè)向輔助拉索的對(duì)比方案進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,考察不同構(gòu)造措施對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)剛度的影響;同時(shí)對(duì)其節(jié)點(diǎn)剛接和鉸接兩種不同模型進(jìn)行分析,考察節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的性能影響,分析結(jié)果表明,增加側(cè)向輔助拉索對(duì)提高結(jié)構(gòu)側(cè)向剛度作用更加明顯,節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)性能影響較大,節(jié)點(diǎn)剛接能有效提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)移剛度,改善結(jié)構(gòu)的受力性能。最后給出了合理的7層裝配式模塊結(jié)構(gòu)方案,為多層裝配式模塊結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用提供了參考。
[Abstract]:As a typical industrial building, assembly module structure has a good prospect of development and application. In order to obtain the overall performance of the structure and master the characteristics of this kind of structure system, a new size box module is adopted. In this paper, a 7-storey modular housing structure is designed, and a finite element model is established for the structure, which is compared with that of adding auxiliary columns, beams and lateral auxiliary cables. The effects of different structural measures on the lateral stiffness of the structure are investigated. At the same time, two different models of joint stiffness and hinge connection are analyzed, and the effects of node stiffness on the performance of the structure are investigated. Increasing the lateral auxiliary cable has a more obvious effect on improving the lateral stiffness of the structure, and the joint stiffness has a great effect on the structure performance. The joint rigid connection can effectively improve the anti-lateral stiffness of the structure and improve the mechanical performance of the structure. Finally, a reasonable 7-layer assembly module structure scheme is given, which provides a reference for the design and application of multi-layer assembly module structure.
