皖江地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:皖江地區(qū)位于長江下游,是長江流域經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的重要組成部分,隨著當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,皖江地區(qū)新建村鎮(zhèn)住宅的形式已經(jīng)發(fā)生變化,開始出現(xiàn)集中式的多層住宅,住宅能耗的也逐漸增加。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)水平的限制,村鎮(zhèn)建筑節(jié)能中更多地采用被動式節(jié)能設(shè)計(jì),自然通風(fēng)作為一項(xiàng)既能改善室內(nèi)熱環(huán)境,并且不產(chǎn)生能耗的被動式設(shè)計(jì),具有很大的應(yīng)用潛力。然而通過調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),與傳統(tǒng)民居相比,在新建的村鎮(zhèn)住宅中自然通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)逐漸消失,在住宅設(shè)計(jì)中有一些弊端不利于自然通風(fēng)。與城市相比,村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)良好的自然環(huán)境更適宜去利用自然通風(fēng),需要更多關(guān)注。本文中通過調(diào)研、測試以及軟件模擬等方法,對村鎮(zhèn)住宅的自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)展開了研究。全文共分為六章,第一章主要概述了研究背景、意義與目的,并對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述。第二章首先總結(jié)了熱舒適評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),重點(diǎn)闡述了適用于自然通風(fēng)建筑的適應(yīng)性模型,以及風(fēng)速對于建筑室內(nèi)熱舒適的影響;介紹了國內(nèi)外的自然通風(fēng)技術(shù)的原理和效果,包括安徽傳統(tǒng)民居的自然通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)策略。第三章中對皖江地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅進(jìn)行了調(diào)研和測試。經(jīng)過調(diào)研,將皖江地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅歸納為三種住宅形式,分別為獨(dú)棟住宅、聯(lián)排住宅和集中式住宅。采集當(dāng)?shù)貧庀髷?shù)據(jù),逐時(shí)記錄住宅室內(nèi)氣溫和相對濕度,并進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場風(fēng)速測試,最后對這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析。第四章中基于適應(yīng)性模型,提出了適用于當(dāng)?shù)卮彐?zhèn)住宅自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的量化評價(jià)方法,并利用CFD軟件,對村鎮(zhèn)住宅自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)中的建筑布局、平面設(shè)計(jì)、外窗形式以及氣窗設(shè)計(jì)等影響因素進(jìn)行了模擬分析。第五章中,根據(jù)提出了皖江地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的七項(xiàng)原則,并對三種住宅案例進(jìn)行了自然通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),分析了住宅的氣流組織方法。第六章中全面地概括了本文的研究內(nèi)容和成果,并對研究工作中存在的問題和局限性以及以后的研究方向進(jìn)行了簡要闡述。
[Abstract]:The Anhui River region is located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River and is an important part of the economic belt of the Yangtze River Basin. With the development of the local economy, the form of newly built villages and towns houses in the area of Anhui River has changed, and centralized multi-storey housing has begun to appear. Residential energy consumption is also gradually increasing. Because of the limitation of economic and technical level, passive energy saving design is more widely used in town and village buildings. As a passive design which can improve indoor thermal environment and does not produce energy consumption, natural ventilation has great application potential. However, compared with the traditional residential buildings, the natural ventilation design has gradually disappeared in the newly built villages and towns, and some disadvantages are not conducive to natural ventilation in the residential design. Compared with the city, the good natural environment in the village and town area is more suitable to use natural ventilation and needs more attention. In this paper, the natural ventilation system of village residence is studied by means of investigation, test and software simulation. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter summarizes the background, significance and purpose of the research, and summarizes the current situation of research in related fields at home and abroad. In the second chapter, the evaluation criteria of thermal comfort are summarized, and the adaptive model suitable for natural ventilation building and the influence of wind speed on indoor thermal comfort are expounded, and the principle and effect of natural ventilation technology at home and abroad are introduced. Including Anhui traditional residential natural ventilation design strategy. The third chapter investigates and tests the villages and towns residence in Wanjiang area. Through investigation and investigation, the village and town residence in Wanjiang area is divided into three kinds of residential forms, which are single family residence, joint house and centralized residence. The local meteorological data were collected, the indoor air temperature and relative humidity were recorded time by hour, and the field wind speed was measured. Finally, the data were analyzed. In the fourth chapter, based on the adaptive model, a quantitative evaluation method is put forward for the natural ventilation system of the local village residence, and the layout and plane design of the natural ventilation system of the village house are designed by using the CFD software. The influence factors such as the form of outer window and the design of air window are simulated and analyzed. In the fifth chapter, according to the seven principles of design of natural ventilation system of village and town residence in Wanjiang area, the optimization design of natural ventilation system is carried out for three kinds of housing cases, and the method of air flow organization of residence is analyzed. In the sixth chapter, the research contents and achievements of this paper are summarized, and the problems and limitations in the research work and the research direction in the future are briefly described.
