重組竹-鋼填板螺栓節(jié)點(diǎn)承載力試驗(yàn)研究
[Abstract]:Through the tensile test of the bolted joints with different side material thickness and different bolt end distance, the mechanical properties, failure mode and failure mechanism of the joints under unidirectional progressive tension are studied, and the bolt end distance is analyzed. The influence of side material thickness and other parameters on the mechanical properties of joints. The results show that with the increase of the thickness of the side material, the failure mode of the joint changes from the simple pin groove bearing failure to the bolt bending yield and pin groove bearing failure, and the joint bearing capacity and ductility coefficient increase with the increase of the side material thickness. The bearing capacity of the joint also increases with the increase of the bolt end distance, but when the bolt end distance reaches 7 d (d is the bolt diameter), the effect of increasing the end distance on the bearing capacity of the joint can be neglected. By comparing the test results with the results of the calculation of the bearing capacity of the wood structure design code, the Wood structure Design Manual and the American Wood structure Code ANSI / AFPA NDS-2012, it is concluded that the formula recommended by the Wood structure Design Manual can be used to recombine bamboo. Calculation of bearing capacity of bolt connection of steel fill plate; The formulas recommended by the other two specifications are conservative and the calculation error can reach more than 200%.
