【摘要】：醫(yī)療改革發(fā)展的大背景下,我國殘疾人的康復需求不斷增大,這種醫(yī)療需求也受到各方面的關注,而在對于使用空間上要求也逐漸增加。許多已經建成的康復機構仍存在很多不足,目前的設計僅僅停留在滿足功能使用的方面�？祻涂臻g的建設多基于綜合醫(yī)院建筑的設計理論,并沒有一套自己的空間設計方法。缺乏對康復患者的行為和心理的關注。過于簡單的康復空間使患者處于其中僅機械地進行訓練,身心得不到最大程度的康復。如何幫助病人在康復過程中處于積極的心理狀態(tài),從建筑空間設計方面幫助病人獲得心理舒適感,由精神促進身體上的康復,是本文關注的重點。全文由四部分組成。首先,緒論部分根據本文研究的相關內容,以康復心理學、康復空間為關鍵詞,進行了研究對象的定義,研究方法的確定,對相關研究現狀進行分析,對于我國目前康復事業(yè)現狀、日后發(fā)展等方面進行論述。其次,主要針對康復空間概述,針對不同城市類型中的康復機構進行調研,調研對象著重于康復患者對于康復空間在行為、心理上的體驗,由多個調研案例總結出我國康復機構中存在的普遍問題。然后,以康復心理學中的具體內容及理論,結合康復空間,針對調研獲得的一手數據,剖析康復空間與康復心理學的要點,構建康復心理學與康復空間的關聯(lián)性,為康復空間的優(yōu)化提供理論支撐。最終,根據前兩部分提出的使用者需求及空間設計原則,結合在康復治療中的常見的治療手段,剖析了主要康復空間,以及康復空間中較為獨特的部分,例如兒童與老人的康復空間,家庭康復空間,對目前康復空間現狀提出具體的優(yōu)化策略。本文以康復心理學為理論基礎,將其與空間設計要素相結合,深入剖析多城市不同層次康復機構中康復空間的調研成果,總結出康復患者的自身需求和康復空間設計中明顯或細微的不足之處。以康復患者在康復治療中的行為心理需求為切入點,對康復治療中常用的康復空間,以及康復空間的一些特殊部分,有針對性地進行優(yōu)化策略設計,形成有理、有據、有針對的文章體系,結合調研與案例,構成充實的文章內容,最終提出康復空間的優(yōu)化策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of medical reform and development, the rehabilitation needs of disabled people in our country are increasing, and this kind of medical demand is also concerned by all sides, and the requirement of using space is also increasing gradually. There are still many deficiencies in many rehabilitation institutions that have been built, and the current design is only designed to meet the needs of functional use. The construction of rehabilitation space is based on the design theory of general hospital building, and there is not a set of its own space design method. Lack of attention to the behavior and psychology of rehabilitated patients. Too simple rehabilitation space makes patients in which only mechanical training, physical and mental recovery is not maximum. How to help patients in the process of rehabilitation in a positive state of mind, from the architectural space design to help patients obtain psychological comfort, from the mind to promote physical rehabilitation, is the focus of this paper. The full text consists of four parts. First of all, the introduction part according to the relevant content of this study, taking rehabilitation psychology, rehabilitation space as the key words, carries on the definition of the research object, the determination of the research method, carries on the analysis to the related research present situation. The current situation of rehabilitation in China, the future development and other aspects are discussed. Secondly, it mainly focuses on the summary of rehabilitation space and the investigation of rehabilitation institutions in different types of cities. The research objects focus on the behavior and psychological experience of rehabilitated patients in rehabilitation space. The common problems in rehabilitation institutions in China are summed up by many investigation cases. Then, based on the concrete content and theory of rehabilitation psychology, combined with rehabilitation space, the author analyzes the main points of rehabilitation space and rehabilitation psychology, and constructs the relationship between rehabilitation psychology and rehabilitation space. To provide theoretical support for the optimization of rehabilitation space. Finally, according to the principles of user demand and space design proposed in the first two parts, combined with the common treatment methods in rehabilitation treatment, this paper analyzes the main rehabilitation space, as well as the more unique part of rehabilitation space. For example, the rehabilitation space of children and the elderly, family rehabilitation space, the present situation of rehabilitation space proposed specific optimization strategies. Based on the theory of rehabilitation psychology, this paper combines it with the elements of spatial design, and deeply analyzes the research results of rehabilitation space in different levels of rehabilitation institutions in many cities. Summed up the rehabilitation of their own needs and rehabilitation space design obvious or subtle deficiencies. Based on the behavioral and psychological needs of rehabilitative patients in rehabilitation treatment, the rehabilitation space commonly used in rehabilitation treatment and some special parts of rehabilitation space are designed in order to form rational and valid strategies. The article system, combined with investigation and case studies, constitutes a substantial content of the article, and finally puts forward the optimization strategy of rehabilitation space.
