建筑方案階段的參數(shù)化集成設(shè)計(jì)方法

【摘要】:建筑信息模型(BIM)正在國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑行業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,在未來(lái)四五年內(nèi)將成為全球工程建設(shè)行業(yè)的主要模式。隨著城市化的快速發(fā)展,以綠色、生態(tài)、低碳為理念進(jìn)行建筑設(shè)計(jì),以綠色建筑評(píng)估體系進(jìn)行定性定量的建筑評(píng)估,在最近十幾年間也成為建筑設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。為了解決目前建筑行業(yè)內(nèi),各階段、各專業(yè)分工越來(lái)越獨(dú)立,具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)整體協(xié)調(diào)越來(lái)越不順暢,設(shè)計(jì)信息和數(shù)據(jù)在上下游間交流和傳遞不暢等問(wèn)題,在建筑生命周期內(nèi)采用集成設(shè)計(jì)方法的需求越來(lái)越高。在建筑規(guī)劃方案設(shè)計(jì)階段,怎樣在整合各專業(yè)的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目整體的集成化設(shè)計(jì)是建筑師和各專業(yè)工程師需要面對(duì)的問(wèn)題。本文通過(guò)對(duì)集成化設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中各專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)師所扮演的角色、軟件平臺(tái)的選擇、整合方式進(jìn)行說(shuō)明,采用參數(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)思想,提出了在同一設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)上實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑設(shè)計(jì)和建筑環(huán)境性能分析的流程和方法。具體地實(shí)現(xiàn)了方案設(shè)計(jì)階段住宅小區(qū)的方案體量的參數(shù)化生成、小區(qū)組團(tuán)的日照分析和基于容積率的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方面的應(yīng)用。在當(dāng)今信息化技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的背景下,本文旨在基于BIM的信息化和參數(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)工具為建筑師提供實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的方案指標(biāo)和綠色建筑相關(guān)的指標(biāo)的快速的建筑模型和模擬分析反饋,可用于對(duì)不同建筑方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化比較,從而給與建筑師及時(shí)有效的早期設(shè)計(jì)決策支持。
[Abstract]:Building Information Model (BIM) is booming in the construction industry at home and abroad and will become the main model of global engineering construction industry in the next four to five years. With the rapid development of urbanization, architectural design based on green, ecological and low carbon concept and qualitative and quantitative evaluation of green building evaluation system have also become the development trend of architectural design industry in the recent ten years. In order to solve the problems such as the increasingly independent division of labor among different specialties in the construction industry at present, the unsmooth overall coordination within specific projects, and the difficulty in exchanging and transmitting design information and data between upstream and downstream, There is a growing demand for integrated design methods in the building life cycle. In the stage of architectural planning and design, how to realize the integrated design of the whole project on the basis of integrating the technical advantages of various specialties is the problem that architects and professional engineers have to face. In this paper, the role of every professional designer, the choice of software platform and the way of integration in the process of integrated design are explained, and the parameterized design idea is adopted. The flow and method of building design and environmental performance analysis on the same design platform are presented. The parameterized generation of the scheme volume, the sunshine analysis and the optimum design based on the volume ratio of the residential district are realized in the design stage of the project. Under the background of the rapid development of information technology, this paper aims to provide real-time design tools based on BIM for architects. The accurate scheme index and the green building related index fast building model and simulation analysis feedback can be used to optimize and compare different building schemes, so as to give architects timely and effective early design decision support.
