【摘要】：隨著總承包模式在國際工程承包市場上的廣泛應用,EPC工程總承包模式以其建設周期短、項目造價低、工程糾紛少等優(yōu)勢受到業(yè)主的青睞,逐漸成為國際市場上流行的一種總承包模式。我國的EPC工程總承包企業(yè)“走出去”的步伐逐漸加快,但是其管理水平和盈利能力較國際先進同行還有很大差距。加之受不同文化背景、設計理念的影響,我國EPC工程總承包企業(yè)在面臨業(yè)主的設計審批時往往會遇到很多困難。本文研究的目的在于通過分析EPC工程總承包設計審批的影響因素,幫助承包商順利通過設計審批,降低設計審批給承包商帶來的風險,提高承包商的項目管理水平和盈利能力�；诠こ炭偝邪嚓P理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,本文在綜述EPC工程總承包設計審批有關研究的基礎之上,結合作者所參與的EPC工程總承包項目的經(jīng)驗及既往項目資料,首先識別了在投標階段、啟動階段和實施階段EPC工程總承包設計審批的十九項影響因素,接著通過問卷調(diào)研的方式在實業(yè)界搜集從業(yè)人員對該十九項因素的影響程度評價,并采用因子分析法將十九項因素歸結為質(zhì)量因子、溝通因子、人員因子、制度因子、計劃因子和業(yè)主因子六個主因子,并根據(jù)因子分析數(shù)據(jù)識別出對EPC工程總承包設計審批的影響最大的主因子是質(zhì)量因子,并找出每個主要因子中對設計審批影響最大的變量,最后本文針對每一個主因子提出承包商降低EPC工程總承包設計審批影響的解決方案。在本文的研究過程中,采用理論與實證結合的方法,分別對影響EPC工程總承包設計審批的因素進行定性分析和定量分析,較為全面地提出了針對影響因素的應對措施,對我國EPC工程總承包企業(yè)提高項目管理的能力有一定幫助。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of the general contracting mode in the international engineering contracting market, the EPC general contracting mode is favored by the owners for its advantages of short construction period, low project cost and less engineering disputes. It has gradually become a popular general contracting mode in the international market. The pace of "going out" for EPC general contracting enterprises in our country has been quickened gradually, but its management level and profitability are still far behind those of the international advanced counterparts. In addition, under the influence of different cultural backgrounds and design concepts, EPC engineering general contracting enterprises in China often encounter a lot of difficulties when they are faced with the owner's design approval. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influencing factors of EPC project general contract design approval, to help the contractor pass the design approval smoothly, to reduce the risk brought by the design approval, and to improve the contractor's project management level and profitability. Based on the current research situation at home and abroad based on the theory of EPC, this paper summarizes the relevant research of EPC project design approval, combined with the experience and previous project data of EPC general contracting project in which the author participated. First of all, the paper identifies the 19 factors that affect the approval of EPC project general contracting design in the bidding stage, start-up stage and implementation stage, and then collects the impact degree of the 19 factors in the industry by questionnaire survey. Using factor analysis, 19 factors are reduced to six main factors: quality factor, communication factor, personnel factor, system factor, planning factor and owner factor. According to the factor analysis data, it is identified that the main factor affecting EPC project general contract design approval is the quality factor, and the variables that have the greatest influence on the design approval are found out. Finally, for each main factor, this paper proposes a solution to reduce the impact of EPC general contracting design approval. In the research process of this paper, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the factors influencing EPC project general contract design approval are carried out by using the method of combining theory and demonstration, and the countermeasures against the influence factors are put forward in a more comprehensive way. It is helpful to improve the ability of EPC project management.
