再生混凝土梁長期受荷時隨變形計算方法研究

【摘要】:由于再生混凝土收縮徐變效應(yīng)大,導(dǎo)致長期荷載作用下,再生混凝土梁附加變形較大。文中以不同再生粗骨料取代率的再生混凝土梁長期受荷變形性能的試驗研究為依據(jù),研究其長期變形計算方法。通過考慮齡期的有效彈性模量法,將再生混凝土徐變系數(shù)引入梁截面附加曲率的計算,基于虛功原理給出長期荷載作用的時隨變形計算公式;考慮再生粗骨料的二相性,通過普通混凝土的徐變收縮計算式,給出考慮附著水泥砂漿影響的再生混凝土徐變收縮調(diào)整系數(shù);將其計算結(jié)果代入三種典型普通混凝土徐變收縮模型,得到再生混凝土徐變收縮模型,并通過時隨變形計算公式計算再生混凝土梁長期荷載下的跨中變形值、跨中和加載點的附加變形值,與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好。
[Abstract]:Due to the large shrinkage and creep effect of recycled concrete, the additional deformation of recycled concrete beam is larger under long term load. Based on the experimental study on the long-term deformation behavior of recycled concrete beams with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio, the long-term deformation calculation method is studied in this paper. Based on the effective elastic modulus method, the creep coefficient of recycled concrete is introduced into the calculation of the additional curvature of beam section. Based on the principle of virtual work, the formula for calculating the time-dependent deformation of long-term load is given, and the two-phase behavior of recycled coarse aggregate is considered. Through the creep shrinkage calculation formula of ordinary concrete, the creep shrinkage adjustment coefficient of recycled concrete considering the effect of attached cement mortar is given, and the calculated results are substituted into three typical ordinary concrete creep shrinkage models. The creep shrinkage model of recycled concrete is obtained, and the deformation value in span and the additional deformation value of span and load point under long term load are calculated through the formula of calculation with deformation, which is in good agreement with the experimental results.
