【摘要】：由于建筑立面及建筑功能的需求,蘇河灣41街坊41C多處采用了轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),其中2層北面大廳使用了搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)。為了保證結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性,用SATWE和MIDAS/Building進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)整體分析,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合《建筑抗震設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50011—2010)要求。根據(jù)搭接柱轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了與搭接塊相連的梁、板結(jié)構(gòu)的受力分析以及搭接塊的設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)力分析,分析結(jié)果表明,在搭接塊寬度較小的情況下,與搭接塊相連的梁、板的設(shè)計(jì)由罕遇地震作用結(jié)果控制,并且應(yīng)通過(guò)加強(qiáng)措施增強(qiáng)其軸向剛度。除了按設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)對(duì)搭接塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)外,還可設(shè)置芯柱以增加其延性。
[Abstract]:Because of the need of the facade and the function of the building, 41C of 41 neighborhoods of Suhewan adopts the conversion structure, of which the transfer structure of the lapped column is used in the north hall of the 2nd floor. In order to ensure the safety of the structure, the whole structure is analyzed with SATWE and Midas / Building. The results show that all the indexes meet the requirements of the Code for Seismic Design of buildings (GB50011-2010). According to the stress characteristics of the lapped column transfer structure, the stress analysis of the beam and slab structure connected with the lap block and the design and stress analysis of the lap block are carried out. The results show that, when the width of the lap block is small, The design of the slab is controlled by the results of rare earthquakes and the axial stiffness should be enhanced by strengthening measures. In addition to the design of the lap block according to the design points, the core column can be set to increase its ductility.
