堿性礦料水泥混凝土的抗凍性研究

【摘要】:目前,混凝土材料廣泛應(yīng)用于各個領(lǐng)域,在園林工程中也大量應(yīng)用,對于暴露在冬季嚴寒環(huán)境下的園林路面混凝土工程,凍融破壞是混凝土路面耐久性問題的一個重要原因。本文從集料巖性方面入手,采用堿性礦料作為骨料來分析混凝土的抗凍耐久性能。本文主要通過堿性礦料石灰?guī)r(SiO2含量為1.01%)和中基性礦料玄武巖(SiO2含量為53.5%)進行試驗對比。在進行混凝土強度實驗時利用正交試驗,采用等比容重的配合比設(shè)計方法,從粗集料的級配范圍、水膠比、膠凝材料用量、砂率四個因素,確定堿性礦料石灰?guī)r混凝土通過最佳配合比設(shè)計能夠達到施工中強度要求。針對抗凍實驗主要分為兩個部分:(1)膠砂抗凍實驗,通過膠砂實驗首先分析堿性細骨料對抗凍性能的改善。(2)水泥混凝土抗凍實驗,在進行混凝土抗凍實驗時采用粗集料級配中“細”級配范圍,水膠比為0.32%,砂率為43%,膠凝材料用量為470(kg/m3)的配合比,分析石灰?guī)r粗骨料對混凝土抗凍性能的提高優(yōu)于玄武巖混凝土。在進行抗凍實驗時為了符合工程實際和能夠多組分析對比討論,合理添加了礦物摻合料:粉煤灰15%、礦渣20%,硅灰7%。其中抗凍實驗數(shù)據(jù)主要通過相對動彈性模量和質(zhì)量損失率進行對比分析。在實驗的最后通過混凝土抗凍試驗件進行吸水率實驗,以及利用TORRRNT滲透儀對試件進行滲透性實驗來評價堿性礦料混凝土的耐久性能。通過上述研究,用堿性礦料石灰?guī)r作為水泥混凝土的骨料可以配置出力學(xué)性能、抗凍耐久性能良好的混凝土,證明從骨料巖性角度可以提升混凝土的抗凍性,這對提高混凝土抗凍耐久性方面具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:At present, concrete materials are widely used in various fields, and are also widely used in garden engineering. Freeze-thaw damage is an important reason for durability of concrete pavement. In this paper, from the point of view of aggregate lithology, alkaline mineral aggregate is used as aggregate to analyze the frost resistance and durability of concrete. In this paper, the comparison between alkaline limestone (1.01wt% Sio _ 2) and basalt (53.5% Sio _ 2) is carried out. In the strength test of concrete, the orthogonal test is used, and the design method of equal specific bulk density is adopted. The four factors are the gradation range of coarse aggregate, the ratio of water to binder, the amount of cementing material and the sand rate. It is determined that the alkali limestone concrete can meet the requirements of construction strength through the optimum mix ratio design. The experiment is mainly divided into two parts: (1) the test of anti-freezing of cement-sand. Firstly, the improvement of the frost resistance of alkaline fine aggregate is analyzed through the experiment of cement-sand. (2) the experiment of anti-freezing of cement concrete. In this paper, the "fine" gradation range of coarse aggregate gradation is adopted, the ratio of water to binder is 0.32, the sand ratio is 43, and the amount of cementing material is 470 (kg/m3). It is analyzed that limestone coarse aggregate improves the frost resistance of concrete better than basalt concrete. In order to accord with the engineering practice and to be able to analyze and discuss in many groups, the mineral admixture of fly ash 15, slag 20 and silica fume 7 are added reasonably. The experimental data of frost resistance are mainly analyzed by comparing the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and the loss rate of mass. At the end of the experiment, the water absorbency test was carried out by the concrete antifreezing test piece, and the durability of alkaline mineral aggregate concrete was evaluated by the permeability test of the specimen with Torrent osmometer. Through the above research, using alkaline limestone as the aggregate of cement concrete can configure the concrete with good mechanical properties and durability. It is proved that the freezing resistance of concrete can be improved from the point of view of aggregate lithology. This is of great significance in improving the frost durability of concrete.
