【摘要】：北京舊城是北京古代城市建設(shè)的杰作,也是當(dāng)代北京城市發(fā)展中最重要和最具有特殊意義的城市空間。多年以來,舊城一直處于保護(hù)與發(fā)展的矛盾之中,大量的問題制約著舊城成為具有美好人居環(huán)境的歷史文化名城。在經(jīng)歷了多種不同模式的舊城改造實踐后,新時期的舊城更新仍在積極地探索新的方向。其中,地下空間就是一種舊城保護(hù)的新視角,有可能給這些問題提供良好的出路。地下空間是人類城市發(fā)展到一定經(jīng)濟(jì)水平下的產(chǎn)物。從19世紀(jì)的端倪到20世紀(jì)六七十年代歐美、日本等國家的城市地下空間的大規(guī)模建設(shè),再到今天人類通過地下空間探索城市未來發(fā)展之路,這過程中人們不斷認(rèn)識到地下空間在老城區(qū)風(fēng)貌保護(hù)和活力復(fù)興方面可以起到積極的作用。對北京舊城來說,地下空間在解決北京舊城問題、優(yōu)化舊城城市空間方面,有很多地上空間所不具備的優(yōu)勢,可能給舊城發(fā)展和保護(hù)的矛盾帶來新的平衡,對其的研究是具有獨特意義的。本文立足北京舊城,著眼當(dāng)代,以地下空間的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展?jié)摿榛A(chǔ),以舊城保護(hù)理論和地下建筑學(xué)理論為主要理論依據(jù)。在對國內(nèi)外舊城保護(hù)的實踐進(jìn)行簡要梳理的情況下,論文著重分析舊城問題,并從中梳理出五個和空間相關(guān)的問題,分別是舊城的空間擁擠問題、功能缺失問題、停車?yán)щy問題、品質(zhì)流失問題以及風(fēng)貌破壞問題。針對這五個問題,論文提出五種地下空間策略進(jìn)行解答。其中,地下空間容量主要針對舊城擁擠問題,地下空間功能主要針對舊城功能問題,地下停車空間主要針對舊城停車問題,地下空間文化主要針對舊城品質(zhì)問題,地下建筑設(shè)計主要針對舊城風(fēng)貌問題。論文分析地下空間來解決問題的不同層次的可能性,挖掘世界上利用地下空間保護(hù)舊城的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗,并嘗試從建筑學(xué)和城市設(shè)計的角度提出若干模式。最后,論文提出部分發(fā)展建議,并對北京舊城未來的地下空間發(fā)展進(jìn)行展望。本文是一項關(guān)于北京舊城城市空間的基礎(chǔ)性研究。論文通過嘗試對舊城地下空間梳理和探討其與舊城保護(hù)的密切關(guān)系,試圖從一個側(cè)面探尋北京舊城保護(hù)的途徑和方法。論文期望未來持續(xù)深入的舊城地下空間研究能在解決舊城問題,特別是改善舊城歷史文化保護(hù)區(qū)風(fēng)貌、提升舊城整體的空間品質(zhì)等多個方面發(fā)揮更積極的作用,為構(gòu)建美麗的北京舊城提供一定的理論參考。
[Abstract]:The old city of Beijing is the masterpiece of the ancient city construction in Beijing, and it is also the most important and special urban space in the development of the contemporary Beijing city. For many years, the old city has been in the contradiction of protection and development. A large number of problems restrict the old city to become a historical and cultural city with a beautiful living environment. After experiencing many different modes of old city renovation practice, the old city renewal in the new period is still actively exploring new directions. Among them, underground space is a new perspective of old city protection, which may provide a good way out for these problems. Underground space is the result of the development of human city to a certain economic level. From the beginning of the 19th century to the large-scale construction of urban underground space in Europe, the United States, Japan and other countries in the 1960s and 1970s, to today's human exploration of the future development of cities through underground space, In the process, it is recognized that underground space can play a positive role in the preservation and rejuvenation of the old city. For the old Beijing city, the underground space has many advantages in solving the problem of the old Beijing city and optimizing the urban space of the old city, which may bring a new balance to the contradiction between the development and protection of the old city. The research on it is of unique significance. This paper is based on the old city of Beijing, focusing on the contemporary, based on the present situation and development potential of underground space, and based on the theory of protection of the old city and the theory of underground architecture as the main theoretical basis. In the case of briefly combing the practice of protecting the old city at home and abroad, the paper focuses on the analysis of the problem of the old city, and combs out five problems related to space, namely, the problem of space congestion and the problem of lack of function of the old city. Parking problems, loss of quality, and appearance damage. In view of these five questions, the paper puts forward five kinds of underground space strategies to answer. Among them, the capacity of underground space is mainly aimed at the problem of congestion in the old city, the function of underground space is mainly aimed at the problem of function of the old city, the underground parking space is mainly aimed at the problem of parking in the old city, and the culture of underground space is mainly aimed at the problem of quality of the old The underground building design mainly aims at the old city style question. This paper analyzes the possibility of underground space to solve the problem at different levels, excavates the advanced experience of using underground space to protect the old city in the world, and tries to put forward some models from the angle of architecture and urban design. Finally, some suggestions are put forward, and the future development of underground space of Beijing Old City is prospected. This paper is a basic research on the urban space of Beijing Old City. This paper tries to explore the close relationship between the underground space of the old city and the protection of the old city, and tries to explore the ways and methods of protecting the old city of Beijing from one side. The paper hopes that the further research on underground space of the old city will play a more active role in solving the problems of the old city, especially in improving the style and features of the historical and cultural reserves of the old city, and in enhancing the overall spatial quality of the old city.
