杭州城區(qū)生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用使用后評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:在國家實(shí)施新型城鎮(zhèn)化的重要戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施之下,生產(chǎn)性景觀作為位于城市中的一種綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,范圍涵蓋了種植業(yè)、林業(yè)、畜牧業(yè)及漁業(yè)等農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè),是可持續(xù)城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要組成部分,并且是一種兼具實(shí)用生產(chǎn)價(jià)值與景觀美學(xué)價(jià)值的一種植物景觀,生產(chǎn)性景觀具有產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)性、生態(tài)效益性以及景觀提升性等特征或要素,可廣泛應(yīng)用于各種城市環(huán)境之中。城市中生產(chǎn)性景觀的應(yīng)用日益增多,但理論研究較為滯后,特別是缺乏一個(gè)科學(xué)的方法用于評(píng)價(jià)其使用后的效果。本文的研究對象是杭州城區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用的使用后評(píng)價(jià)。本文采取提出問題,搜集資料,分析成果,得出結(jié)論,優(yōu)化建議這樣一個(gè)思路對杭州城區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。首先,本文從課題研究的背景和意義出發(fā),梳理了相關(guān)的生產(chǎn)性景觀理論與實(shí)踐成果,同時(shí)引申出一系列有關(guān)于生產(chǎn)性景觀的概念,如連貫式可持續(xù)生產(chǎn)性城市景觀(CPUL)、連續(xù)景觀、生產(chǎn)性城市景觀、城市農(nóng)業(yè)、有機(jī)食品(organic food)、食物里程(food miles)等。根據(jù)這些概念,得出國內(nèi)外的生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用是一種集生產(chǎn)功能和景觀美學(xué)為一體的城市景觀,其主要是由使用功能、教育功能、經(jīng)濟(jì)功能、生態(tài)功能四大基礎(chǔ)功能所組成的。在獲得了生產(chǎn)性景觀的基礎(chǔ)特征之后,搜集和總結(jié)城市居民的生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用使用評(píng)價(jià)以及專家的相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)是杭州城區(qū)生產(chǎn)性景觀使用效果的重要依據(jù)。通過調(diào)查問卷法,對杭州城區(qū)的市民使用生產(chǎn)性景觀的意見和建議進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的材料搜集和匯總,得出杭州城區(qū)市民對本地生產(chǎn)性景觀總體而言是滿意的,尤其對生產(chǎn)性景觀的環(huán)境美化效果以及教育意義最為滿意;而對食品安全、參與程度則不夠滿意。隨后將杭州城區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性景觀進(jìn)行了分類,提取出杭州城區(qū)最具代表性的四處生產(chǎn)性景觀(杭州西湖、八卦田景區(qū)、西溪濕地以及杭州普通社區(qū)菜地/花田),采用AHP法(層次分析法),邀請相關(guān)專家,對這四處典型生產(chǎn)性景觀進(jìn)行評(píng)分。評(píng)分的結(jié)果是八卦田景區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性景觀得分最高,達(dá)到了3.79分,而最低的杭州普通社區(qū)菜地/花田得分僅為3分,其余兩處生產(chǎn)性景觀則比較平均。八卦田景區(qū)的得分最高主要是由于八卦田的生產(chǎn)性景觀四季景觀效果較好,同時(shí)兼具四季生產(chǎn)功能;社區(qū)菜地/花田的生產(chǎn)功能較好,然而其得分較低的原因主要是由于面積較小且零散,自身景觀效果較為一般等。運(yùn)用使用后評(píng)價(jià)的方法,對杭州城區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行分析,得出杭州城區(qū)的生產(chǎn)性景觀應(yīng)用基本都能使使用者滿意。但杭州城區(qū)生產(chǎn)性景觀目前的不足之處主要是分布較為分散,且數(shù)量不足,宣傳不到位,空間結(jié)構(gòu)不夠豐富,產(chǎn)品安全性不足,養(yǎng)護(hù)管理較差,缺乏教育性,微氣候改善功能不足等。據(jù)此,本文提出了切實(shí)可行的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:Under the implementation of the country's important strategy of implementing new urbanization, productive landscape, as a green infrastructure located in the city, covers farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fisheries. It is an important component of sustainable urban infrastructure, and a plant landscape with both practical production value and landscape aesthetic value. The characteristics or elements of ecological efficiency and landscape upgrading can be widely used in various urban environments. The application of productive landscape in cities is increasing day by day, but the theoretical research is lagged behind, especially the lack of a scientific method to evaluate the effect of using it. The research object of this paper is the post-use evaluation of the productive landscape application in Hangzhou urban area. In this paper, we put forward questions, collect data, analyze the results, draw a conclusion and optimize the suggestion to evaluate the application of productive landscape in Hangzhou urban area. First of all, based on the background and significance of the research, this paper combs the related theory and practice of productive landscape, and extends a series of concepts about productive landscape. Such as continuous sustainable productive urban landscape (CPUL), continuous landscape, productive urban landscape, urban agriculture, organic food (organic food), food mileage (food miles) and so on. According to these concepts, the productive landscape application at home and abroad is a kind of urban landscape which integrates production function and landscape aesthetics, which is mainly composed of four basic functions: use function, education function, economic function and ecological function. After obtaining the basic characteristics of the productive landscape, it is important to collect and summarize the application evaluation of the productive landscape of urban residents and the related evaluation of the experts. Through the questionnaire method, the author collects and summarizes the opinions and suggestions on the use of productive landscape in Hangzhou urban area, and draws the conclusion that the residents of Hangzhou urban area are satisfied with the local productive landscape in general. Especially for the productive landscape landscaping effect and educational significance is the most satisfactory, but for food safety, participation degree is not satisfied. Then, the productive landscape of Hangzhou urban area is classified, and the most representative four productive landscapes in Hangzhou urban area are extracted (Hangzhou West Lake, Bagua Field Scenic spot, Xixi Wetland and vegetable Field / Flower Field in Hangzhou Community), AHP (Analytic hierarchy process) is adopted, and relevant experts are invited to rate the four typical productive landscapes. The results showed that the highest score of productive landscape was 3.79, while the lowest score of vegetable land / flower field in Hangzhou community was only 3, and the other two productive landscape were average. The highest score of the scenic spot is mainly due to the productive landscape of the four seasons landscape effect is better, at the same time has the production function of the four seasons, the community vegetable field / flower field production function is better, However, the main reason for its low score is that the area is small and scattered, and its own landscape effect is relatively general. By using the method of post-use evaluation, this paper analyzes the application evaluation of productive landscape in Hangzhou urban area, and draws the conclusion that the application of productive landscape in Hangzhou urban area can basically satisfy the users. However, the main deficiencies of the productive landscape in Hangzhou urban area at present are that the distribution is relatively scattered, and the quantity is insufficient, the propaganda is not in place, the space structure is not rich enough, the product security is insufficient, the maintenance management is poor, and the education is lacking. The function of microclimate improvement is insufficient. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward practical and feasible suggestions for optimization.
