軸力作用下冷彎T形方鋼管節(jié)點受沖擊荷載力學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:隨著社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)建筑得到廣泛的運用,由于撞擊、爆炸、地震等災(zāi)害,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)嚴重受損甚至倒塌的事故時有發(fā)生,因此鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)的抗沖擊性能引起眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注。鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑在使用過程中,由于結(jié)構(gòu)自重、設(shè)計承重等荷載的存在,管結(jié)構(gòu)主管會承受一定軸向力。管節(jié)點作為鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵部分,它的抗沖擊性能對鋼管結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗沖擊能力有著非常重要的影響。若管節(jié)點受到側(cè)向沖擊荷載作用時,節(jié)點部位的破壞會造成結(jié)構(gòu)剛度、承載能力、穩(wěn)定性能的下降,從而造成結(jié)構(gòu)的整體失效甚至倒塌的嚴重后果,因此,對管節(jié)點抗沖擊性能進行研究有著重大的工程意義。本文對預(yù)加軸力的T形方鋼管節(jié)點在受側(cè)向沖擊荷載作用下的力學(xué)性能進行研究,主要工作有以下幾點:(1)進行了預(yù)加軸力的T形方鋼管節(jié)點的落錘沖擊試驗。試驗主要控制變量是節(jié)點主管軸壓比與支主管寬度比。試驗獲得了試件的破壞模式、位移時程曲線、沖擊力時程曲線等數(shù)據(jù),并就上述兩個變量對節(jié)點抗沖擊性能的影響做了初步分析。(2)運用ABAQUS軟件建立預(yù)加軸力的T形管節(jié)點落錘沖擊模型,并通過對比模型與試驗獲得的破壞形式、沖擊力時程曲線、位移時程曲線等數(shù)據(jù),證明有限元模型的結(jié)果和試驗結(jié)果吻合較好,從而驗證了有限元模型的合理性與準確性,為后文的機理分析提供基礎(chǔ)。(3)通過分析節(jié)點的局部與整體變形、能量耗散等抗沖擊性能指標,對預(yù)加軸力的T形方鋼管節(jié)點抗沖擊機理進行初步分析。對預(yù)加軸力的T形方鋼管節(jié)點的局部加強做了初步的嘗試與探討。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, more and more steel pipe structures have been widely used. Due to impact, explosion, earthquake and other disasters, serious structural damage or even collapse accidents occur from time to time. Therefore, the impact resistance of steel pipe structure has attracted many scholars' attention. In the process of using steel structure, due to the existence of load such as structural self-weight and design load, the pipe structure supervisor will bear a certain axial force. As a key part of steel pipe structure, the impact resistance of pipe joint has a very important effect on the overall impact resistance of steel pipe structure. If the pipe joint is subjected to lateral impact load, the failure of the joint will result in the deterioration of the stiffness, bearing capacity and stability of the structure, which will result in the overall failure of the structure and even the serious consequences of collapse. It is of great engineering significance to study the impact resistance of pipe joints. In this paper, the mechanical properties of T-shaped square steel pipe joints subjected to lateral impact load are studied. The main work is as follows: 1) the drop weight impact test of T-shaped square steel pipe joints with pre-axial force is carried out. The main control variable of the test is the ratio of axial compression ratio of node supervisor to the width of branch supervisor. The data of failure mode, displacement time history curve, impact force time history curve and so on are obtained. The influence of the above two variables on the impact resistance of the joints is analyzed. (2) using Abaqus software to establish the impact model of the T-shaped tube joints with pre-loading force, and comparing the failure form and the impact time history curve between the model and the test. The displacement time history curve and other data show that the results of finite element model are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verifies the rationality and accuracy of the finite element model. The impact resistance mechanism of T-shaped square steel pipe joints with preloading axial force is analyzed preliminarily. This paper makes a preliminary attempt and discussion on the local strengthening of T-shaped square steel pipe joints with pre-axial force.
