城市公園中雨洪管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)正處在快速城市化發(fā)展階段,高速城市化使得土地原有面貌發(fā)生了巨大改變,不透水表面的急劇增加,破壞了自然排水系統(tǒng)應(yīng)對(duì)雨洪的能力。再加上傳統(tǒng)以“快速排放”為主要目標(biāo)的市政排水基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體制不健全,在全球氣候變化的背景下,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)許多城市面臨著洪澇災(zāi)害加劇、水污染嚴(yán)重等嚴(yán)峻的雨洪問(wèn)題。公園作為城市建成環(huán)境中最大的綠色生態(tài)系統(tǒng),具備雨洪管理的巨大潛力,但目前我國(guó)城市公園在雨洪管理方面普遍能力不足。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家自上世紀(jì)七十年代就已開(kāi)始對(duì)城市雨洪問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,學(xué)習(xí)和引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的雨洪管理理念與技術(shù),對(duì)緩解城市雨洪問(wèn)題,探索適應(yīng)我國(guó)城市發(fā)展的可持續(xù)雨洪管理方法具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在我國(guó)大力推進(jìn)海綿城市建設(shè)的背景下,低影響開(kāi)發(fā)(Low Impact Development,LID)作為一種創(chuàng)新的綜合雨洪管理戰(zhàn)略和可持續(xù)的景觀(guān)途徑具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì)。通過(guò)合理的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)手段即能在源頭上對(duì)雨水徑流進(jìn)行有效控制,而城市公園是其主要載體。本文首先分析了我國(guó)面臨的嚴(yán)峻雨洪問(wèn)題及其成因,并指出城市公園在雨洪管理方面存在的主要問(wèn)題。然后通過(guò)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的查閱和歸納,對(duì)海綿城市和可持續(xù)雨洪管理相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了研究梳理,分析出在建設(shè)城市可持續(xù)雨洪管理體系過(guò)程中,雨洪管理向園林綠地拓展的趨勢(shì)是毋庸置疑的,而建設(shè)具有主動(dòng)雨洪管理功能的城市公園是其中的關(guān)鍵,應(yīng)把雨洪管理納入到公園景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)的基本環(huán)節(jié)。論文以L(fǎng)ID為主要理論支撐,重點(diǎn)論述了城市公園雨洪管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的原則目的、步驟、流程和主要內(nèi)容等進(jìn)行了具體說(shuō)明,提出了一套基于LID的城市公園雨洪管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法。最后通過(guò)相關(guān)實(shí)踐案例,詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了基于現(xiàn)狀條件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的具體操作方式。通過(guò)對(duì)城市公園雨洪管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的研究,從景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域拓展城市雨洪管理方式,期望能為L(zhǎng)ID在城市公園設(shè)計(jì)中的運(yùn)用提供理論支持。使城市公園在具備休閑游憩、環(huán)境美化等主要功能的基礎(chǔ)上,承擔(dān)起重要的生態(tài)功能,發(fā)揮更大的復(fù)合價(jià)值,增強(qiáng)城市生命力,在一定程度上緩解城市嚴(yán)峻的雨洪問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Our country is in the stage of rapid urbanization. The rapid urbanization changes the original appearance of the land dramatically increases the impervious surface and destroys the ability of the natural drainage system to cope with rain and flood. In addition, the traditional municipal drainage infrastructure system with "rapid discharge" as the main target is not perfect. Under the background of global climate change, many cities in China are faced with severe problems of rain and flood, such as aggravated flood disaster, serious water pollution and so on. As the largest green ecosystem in the urban built environment, parks have great potential for rainwater management, but at present, urban parks in our country are generally deficient in stormwater management. Developed countries have begun to study urban rain floods since the 1970s, learning and introducing advanced rain flood management concepts and techniques to alleviate urban rain flood problems. It is of great practical significance to explore sustainable stormwater management methods adapted to the development of cities in China. Under the background of promoting sponge city construction in China, low impact development has obvious advantages as an innovative comprehensive rain flood management strategy and sustainable landscape approach. Through reasonable planning and design means, Rain Water runoff can be effectively controlled at the source, and urban park is its main carrier. This paper first analyzes the severe rain flood problem in China and its causes, and points out the main problems in the rainwater management of urban parks. Then through the relevant literature review and induction, the sponge city and the sustainable rain flood management related theory and the practice have carried on the research combing, analyzed in the construction city sustainable rain flood management system process, There is no doubt that the trend of rain flood management expanding to garden green space, and the construction of urban park with active rain flood management function is the key, the rain flood management should be included in the basic link of park landscape design. With lid as the main theoretical support, this paper focuses on the design method of rain and flood management system in urban parks, and explains the principle, steps, flow and main contents of the design in detail. A design method of rain flood management system for urban park based on lid is presented. Finally, through the relevant practice cases, the detailed operation mode of the design based on the status quo condition is explained in detail. Through the research on the design of urban park rain flood management system, this paper develops the urban rain flood management mode from the landscape design field, hoping to provide theoretical support for the application of lid in the urban park design. On the basis of the main functions of recreation and beautification, the city park can take on the important ecological function, play more complex value, strengthen the city vitality, and alleviate the severe rain flood problem in the city to a certain extent.
