【摘要】：我國頻繁的商業(yè)交流與旅游活動帶動著酒店設(shè)計的蓬勃發(fā)展。為吸引客源,賦予酒店某種文化定義、并圍繞其進行整體化設(shè)計的文化型主題酒店悄然興起,并受到業(yè)內(nèi)人士與大眾的歡迎。但這種從西方借鑒而來的模式在我國的發(fā)展尚未成熟,出現(xiàn)了諸如主題選擇不合理、主題應(yīng)用不夠系統(tǒng)化等問題。為求得具有民族特色的酒店發(fā)展之路,我國主題酒店的設(shè)計還需要更加深入的研究與探討。本文分為五章:第一章主要闡述了課題的研究背景、研究目的及意義、研究內(nèi)容及方法。第二章論述了地域文化與主題酒店的概念以及主題酒店的發(fā)展趨勢與分類。得出二者關(guān)系,并分析了國內(nèi)外體現(xiàn)地域文化的優(yōu)秀主題酒店案例。第三章根據(jù)上文的分析總結(jié)了地域文化型主題酒店的設(shè)計原則與一般性設(shè)計方法。第四章是設(shè)計實踐部分的說明性文章。首先介紹了基地概況,并對其所處區(qū)位的歷史、人文、自然要素以及客源市場進行分析,選取了酒店所處地域從古至今最具有代表性的一章作為主題,采用新中式設(shè)計風(fēng)格將方案定位為面向旅游及商務(wù)人士的、以唐文化為主題的地域文化型主題酒店室內(nèi)空間改造設(shè)計;隨后進行地域文化素材的收集與整理并對酒店各層進行改造;文章繼而論述了在具體設(shè)計實踐中酒店地域文化氛圍的營造手法與強化地域文化主題的各方面要素。第五章為結(jié)語部分,總結(jié)了方案從基地分析、主題選擇、平面改造、主題應(yīng)用到最終完成的整個過程及設(shè)計方法,肯定了地域文化主題的應(yīng)用可以更好的提升酒店品質(zhì),實現(xiàn)其文化價值并走向個性化發(fā)展之路。
[Abstract]:China's frequent business exchanges and tourism activities drive the vigorous development of hotel design. In order to attract tourists, the cultural Hotel Theme, which endows the hotel with a certain definition of culture and carries on the overall design around it, has emerged quietly, and has been welcomed by the industry and the public. However, the development of this model from the West has not yet matured in our country, such as unreasonable choice of theme, not systematic application of theme and so on. In order to find the way of hotel development with national characteristics, the design of Hotel Theme in China needs more in-depth research and discussion. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly describes the research background, research purpose and significance, research content and methods. The second chapter discusses the concept of regional culture and Hotel Theme as well as the development trend and classification of Hotel Theme. Draw the relationship between the two, and analyze the excellent Hotel Theme case of regional culture at home and abroad. The third chapter summarizes the design principles and general design methods of regional cultural Hotel Theme according to the above analysis. The fourth chapter is the illustrative article of the design practice part. First of all, it introduces the general situation of the base, and analyzes the history, humanities, natural factors and the tourist market of its location, and selects the most representative chapter of the hotel region from ancient to present as the theme. Adopting the new Chinese style of design, the project will be oriented to tourism and business people, the theme of the Tang culture as the theme of the regional cultural Hotel Theme interior space transformation design; Then the collection and arrangement of the regional culture materials and the transformation of each layer of the hotel; then the article discusses the construction of the hotel regional culture atmosphere in the specific design practice and the various elements of strengthening the theme of regional culture. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part, which summarizes the whole process and design method from base analysis, theme selection, plane transformation, theme application to final completion, and affirms that the application of regional culture theme can improve hotel quality better. Realize its cultural value and move toward the road of individualized development.
