【摘要】:隨著工程測(cè)試技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新與新形勢(shì)的要求,光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)在土木工程的上部結(jié)構(gòu)中得到了很好的應(yīng)用,它使許多復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)測(cè)試變得方便可行。而在邊坡工程中,由于一些客觀因素使得光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)未能得到很好的應(yīng)用,但近年來(lái),越來(lái)越多的工程專家及學(xué)者在探索其在邊坡工程中的應(yīng)用,以實(shí)現(xiàn)其在邊坡工程應(yīng)用的普及。1.在邊坡工程中,與應(yīng)力應(yīng)變有關(guān)的常見物理量有坡體位移、錨桿拉力、抗滑樁樁身彎矩等,本文推導(dǎo)了相關(guān)光纖光柵測(cè)試傳感器的理論和溫度補(bǔ)償方法,分析了相關(guān)的誤差、指出了安裝時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)以及其適用情況。2.依托高陡邊坡連續(xù)強(qiáng)降雨致災(zāi)室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn)研究,首次將光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)應(yīng)用于邊坡工程土工離心機(jī)試驗(yàn),特此研發(fā)了光纖光柵等強(qiáng)度梁式位移傳感器、光纖光柵錨桿測(cè)試元件、光纖光柵抗滑樁樁身彎矩測(cè)試元件。詳細(xì)介紹了光纖光柵測(cè)試系統(tǒng)和說(shuō)明了試驗(yàn)過(guò)程與試驗(yàn)方法。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)所測(cè)試的數(shù)據(jù)是符合實(shí)際規(guī)律的,說(shuō)明該測(cè)試技術(shù)是可行的。通過(guò)與傳統(tǒng)測(cè)試方法的對(duì)比,可知光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)精度高,但也有其局限性,需要同傳感測(cè)試技術(shù)相結(jié)合應(yīng)用。3.詳細(xì)分析了光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)在實(shí)際邊坡工程中的應(yīng)用情況。在宜萬(wàn)鐵路邊坡工程中,防護(hù)及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)主要有被動(dòng)防護(hù)網(wǎng)、主動(dòng)的防護(hù)網(wǎng)、錨索、擋土墻和抗滑樁。詳細(xì)介紹了光纖光柵測(cè)試系統(tǒng)以及相關(guān)傳感器在防護(hù)和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)上的安裝情況,通過(guò)對(duì)應(yīng)用的結(jié)果分析可知,監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,有效動(dòng)態(tài)地監(jiān)測(cè)了邊坡防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)及支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的各種物理量,從而有效地判斷識(shí)別出邊坡危巖落石的狀況及邊坡土體的狀況,能有效地發(fā)出預(yù)警及報(bào)警信號(hào),保證了鐵路的運(yùn)行安全。光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)在宜萬(wàn)鐵路邊坡工程中的成功應(yīng)用為以后的類似項(xiàng)目提供了很好的參考。在廣陜高速中,通過(guò)和傳統(tǒng)測(cè)試技術(shù)的對(duì)比,可知光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)所測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)穩(wěn)定,規(guī)律性強(qiáng),且可重復(fù)使用。通過(guò)全文的理論推導(dǎo)分析和與傳統(tǒng)測(cè)試技術(shù)的對(duì)比分析,可得出:光纖光柵測(cè)試技術(shù)尺寸效應(yīng)小、可靠性高、抗腐蝕性強(qiáng)、抗電磁干擾強(qiáng)、可實(shí)現(xiàn)分布式傳感、可實(shí)時(shí)持續(xù)采集數(shù)據(jù)、靈敏度高、精度高、壽命長(zhǎng);其可以很好地應(yīng)用于邊坡工程中,且具有很好的發(fā)展前途和廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:With the continuous innovation of engineering testing technology and the requirements of the new situation, fiber Bragg grating testing technology has been well applied in the superstructure of civil engineering. It makes the mechanical testing of many complex structures convenient and feasible. In the slope engineering, because of some objective factors, the fiber Bragg grating testing technology has not been very good. In recent years, more and more engineering experts and scholars have been exploring its application in slope engineering to realize its popularization in slope engineering application.1. in slope engineering. The common physical quantities related to stress and strain related to stress and strain include slope displacement, bolt pulling force, bending moment of anti slide pile body and so on. This paper derives the related fiber Bragg grating testing and sensing. The theory of the device and the method of temperature compensation are used to analyze the relative error, and point out the precautions of the installation and its application..2. relies on the laboratory model test of continuous strong rainfall in high steep slope. The fiber Bragg grating test technology is applied to the centrifuge test of the slope engineering for the first time, and the fiber Bragg grating with equal strength is developed. Protection net, active protective net, anchorage cable, retaining wall and anti slide pile are introduced in detail. The fiber grating testing system and the installation of related sensors on protection and support structure are introduced in detail. Through the analysis of the application results, the monitoring system runs steadily and dynamically monitors all kinds of physical quantities of the slope protection structure and support structure. It can effectively judge the status of rock fall in slope rock and the condition of slope soil, and can effectively send out early warning and alarm signals and ensure the safety of railway operation. The successful application of fiber grating testing technology in the project of yicwan railway slope provides a good reference for similar projects in the future. Comparing with the traditional test technology, we can see that the fiber grating testing technology is stable, strong and repeatable. Through the theoretical deduction and analysis of the full text and compared with the traditional test technology, it can be concluded that the fiber Bragg grating testing technology has small size effect, high reliability, strong corrosion resistance and strong anti electromagnetic interference. Cloth sensing can be used to collect data in real time, with high sensitivity, high precision and long life, and it can be used in slope engineering well and has a good future and wide application prospect.
