【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是當(dāng)前高職院校教學(xué)改革的基本取向之一.高職園林專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式存在意會(huì)性知識(shí)難以習(xí)得、學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力不足、校企合作力度不大等問(wèn)題.構(gòu)建以課程和師徒實(shí)訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目為紐帶的現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制可以有效應(yīng)對(duì)上述困境.通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式的特點(diǎn),從主體的深度參與、課程體系和內(nèi)容的建設(shè)、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)的多層次多環(huán)節(jié)操作方面,提出了基于市場(chǎng)維度、學(xué)生維度、教學(xué)質(zhì)量和成效維度的"三聯(lián)動(dòng)"、"三融合"、"三環(huán)節(jié)"工作思路,以建立以工作能力為本位的高職園林技術(shù)專業(yè)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)模式.
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is one of the basic orientations of the current teaching reform in higher vocational colleges. There are some problems in the training mode of landscape architecture professionals in higher vocational colleges, such as the difficulty of acquiring knowledge, the lack of practical ability of students, and the weak cooperation between schools and enterprises. The construction of modern apprenticeship system based on curriculum and apprenticeship programs can effectively deal with these difficulties. By analyzing the characteristics of modern apprenticeship talent training mode, this paper puts forward the market dimension and student dimension, from the aspects of the deep participation of the main body, the construction of curriculum system and content, and the multi-level and multi-link operation of practical training. The "three linkage", "three fusion" and "three links" in the dimensions of teaching quality and effectiveness are used to establish the modern apprenticeship talent training model of higher vocational garden technology specialty based on working ability.
