【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,城市中留下了了大量的工業(yè)廢棄地。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)如火如荼,城市建設(shè)用地日益緊缺的情況下,工業(yè)廢棄的改造再利用又有了新的時(shí)代意義。但是,我們不應(yīng)該僅僅注意到工業(yè)廢棄地的土地經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值屬性,工業(yè)廢棄地中存在的工業(yè)遺存所承載的豐富的歷史文化等價(jià)值也值得我們關(guān)注。在政府和社會(huì)公眾生態(tài)意識(shí)和環(huán)境意識(shí)日益提高的情況下,通過以生態(tài)恢復(fù)為目的,景觀改造為手段,解決工業(yè)廢棄地及其工業(yè)遺存資源進(jìn)行改造與更新問題,是值得大力去推廣和深入研究的工業(yè)廢棄地改造策略。本文通過對工業(yè)廢棄地和生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)概念的解析,深入探討工業(yè)廢棄地的價(jià)值和工業(yè)廢棄地的改造模式。通過對國內(nèi)外工業(yè)廢棄地景觀改造的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行了梳理和剖析,并就國內(nèi)外經(jīng)典案例進(jìn)行深入的橫向?qū)Ρ确治�。了解�?xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)思路、理念、手法及生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)策略,并挖掘了設(shè)計(jì)背后深層的生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)思想;指出在對待工業(yè)遺產(chǎn)、對工業(yè)廢棄地改造價(jià)值和實(shí)際項(xiàng)目實(shí)施各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的差異及其原因;指出我國的工業(yè)廢棄地景觀改造需要從國外項(xiàng)目中吸取經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對政府、設(shè)計(jì)師、公眾三方主體提出相應(yīng)的建議,同時(shí)總結(jié)出了適合我國的工業(yè)廢棄地改造的生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的一般性法則。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the adjustment of industrial structure, a great deal of industrial wasteland has been left in the city. With the construction of new urbanization in full swing and the shortage of urban construction land, the reuse of industrial waste has a new significance. However, we should not only pay attention to the land economic value attributes of industrial wasteland, but also pay attention to the rich historical and cultural values of industrial remains in industrial wasteland. With the increasing ecological awareness and environmental awareness of the government and the public, the problem of the transformation and renewal of industrial wasteland and its industrial remains is solved by means of ecological restoration and landscape transformation. It is worth popularizing and studying deeply the strategy of reconstructing industrial wasteland. By analyzing the related concepts of industrial wasteland and ecological design, this paper probes into the value of industrial wasteland and the transformation mode of industrial abandoned land. Through combing and analyzing the development course of landscape transformation of industrial wasteland at home and abroad, and carrying on the thorough horizontal contrast analysis to the domestic and foreign classical case. Understand the design ideas, techniques and ecological design strategies of the project, and excavate the deep ecological design ideas behind the design, pointing out that in the treatment of industrial heritage, The differences between the value of the industrial wasteland reconstruction and the actual projects and the reasons are pointed out, and it is pointed out that the landscape reconstruction of the industrial wasteland in China needs to draw experience from foreign projects, aiming at the government and the designers. At the same time, the general principles of ecological design suitable for the transformation of industrial wasteland in China are summarized.
