【摘要】：隨著廣州市經(jīng)濟的高速增長和對外貿(mào)易產(chǎn)業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,每年來自全國乃至全球的商旅客人的數(shù)量成幾何式增長。在這樣的大環(huán)境下,眾多國際知名酒店紛紛進入廣州市場,極大地促進了本地五星級酒店的建設(shè)。二十世紀(jì)末的廣州五星級酒店設(shè)計市場還基本被發(fā)達國家的設(shè)計公司掌控在手中,之后隨著廣州迎來亞運會和廣交會的契機,中國本土設(shè)計公司也有機會在五星級酒店設(shè)計中嶄露頭角。但由于國內(nèi)五星級酒店的發(fā)展時間不長,與國外先進設(shè)計水平還有一定差距。所以,如何進一步提高我國五星級酒店建筑設(shè)計水平是非常值得研究和探討的。五星級酒店的后勤區(qū)為整個酒店的正常運轉(zhuǎn)提供了堅實的保障,但目前大部分的酒店設(shè)計的重點往往放在酒店公共區(qū)和客房區(qū)等與客人直接接觸的區(qū)域,對后勤區(qū)的設(shè)計研究只是停留在較為淺層的“摸著石頭過河”的階段,筆者因此認(rèn)為有必要對其進行深入的歸納總結(jié),力求為今后的酒店設(shè)計起到一定的指導(dǎo)意義。通過實地走訪和與設(shè)計師對話的方式,結(jié)合相關(guān)設(shè)計資料和文獻,對廣州市內(nèi)五星級商務(wù)酒店的后勤服務(wù)區(qū)進行廣泛研究,試圖總結(jié)出廣州五星級商務(wù)酒店后勤服務(wù)區(qū)的設(shè)計方法和策略。本文共分五大章節(jié)來對五星級商務(wù)酒店的后勤區(qū)設(shè)計進行闡述。首先,第一章節(jié)表明了論文選題的起源、研究的意義價值和目的,闡述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章對論文的研究對象進行了界定以及對酒店功能組成做了初步的介紹。第三章開始深入闡述酒店后勤區(qū)的各個功能空間,從功能規(guī)劃、面積配置和設(shè)計要點等角度進行科學(xué)分析和總結(jié)。第四章主要是從酒店后勤區(qū)的流線設(shè)計著手,對酒店的員工流線和貨物流線進行全面分析,之后對后勤區(qū)水平交通和垂直交通的設(shè)計策略進行歸納。最后,論文的第五章在之前理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合廣州四季酒店和麗思卡爾頓酒店這兩個典型案例,歸納總結(jié)出一般五星級商務(wù)酒店后勤區(qū)普適的設(shè)計方法,力求對今后的設(shè)計起到一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of Guangzhou and the vigorous development of foreign trade industry, the number of business visitors from all over the country and even the whole world is growing exponentially every year. In such a large environment, many international famous hotels have entered the Guangzhou market, greatly promoting the construction of local five-star hotels. At the end of the 20th century, the five-star hotel design market in Guangzhou was basically controlled by the design companies in developed countries. Then, as Guangzhou ushered in the opportunity of the Asian Games and the Canton Fair, China's local design companies also have the opportunity to emerge in the design of five-star hotels. However, due to the domestic five-star hotel development time is not long, and foreign advanced design level there is still a certain gap. Therefore, how to further improve the architectural design level of five-star hotels in China is very worthy of study and discussion. The logistics area of the five-star hotel provides a solid guarantee for the normal operation of the whole hotel. However, at present, most of the hotel design focuses on the areas where the hotel has direct contact with the guests, such as the public area and the guest room area. The research on the design of the logistic area is only in the shallow stage of "crossing the river by touching the stone". Therefore, the author thinks that it is necessary to sum up and summarize it in depth, in order to play a certain guiding role in the hotel design in the future. Through field visits and dialogue with designers, combined with relevant design materials and literature, the logistics service area of five-star The Business Inn in Guangzhou was extensively studied. This paper tries to summarize the design method and strategy of Guangzhou five-star The Business Inn logistics service area. This paper is divided into five chapters to describe the five-star The Business Inn logistics area design. First, the first chapter shows the origin of the topic, the significance and purpose of the study, and describes the domestic and foreign related research status. The second chapter defines the research object and introduces the hotel function. The third chapter begins to elaborate every function space of the hotel logistics area, and carries on the scientific analysis and the summary from the function plan, the area disposition and the design essentials. The fourth chapter is mainly from the hotel logistics area streamline design, the hotel staff streamline and cargo streamline analysis, and then the logistics area horizontal traffic and vertical traffic design strategy is summarized. Finally, on the basis of previous theoretical analysis, combining four Seasons Hotel of Guangzhou and Liz Carlton Hotel, the fifth chapter summarizes the general design method of five-star The Business Inn logistics area. Strive for the future design to play a certain guiding significance.
