水泥混凝土攪拌站配料工藝的研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土攪拌站廣泛應(yīng)用于我國工業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、交通、國防、水利、市政等建設(shè)工程中,需求量在不斷增大。國內(nèi)混凝土攪拌設(shè)備雖然在借鑒國外產(chǎn)品基礎(chǔ)上不斷創(chuàng)新進步,技術(shù)水平逐步提升,但就整個攪拌站而言,配料工藝的研究尚且不足,尤其對于新建的混凝土攪拌站而言,往往依賴配套廠家多年積累的經(jīng)驗,基本滿足國家標準對混凝土攪拌站的質(zhì)量要求,并沒有對其輸送工藝、投料工藝等進行專門的實驗研究。由于混凝土攪拌站結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,對于整站匹配進行實驗研究相對費時費力,因此本文結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實際,利用EDEM離散元仿真軟件對混凝土攪拌站配料輸送工藝、投料工藝對攪拌質(zhì)量及攪拌效率的影響分別進行仿真分析。通過理論分析及仿真分析,對上述配料工藝進行探究:對骨料配料機水平輸送工藝進行理論分析,并提出較為合理的輸送工藝,并通過仿真模擬的手段進行驗證,證明改進后工藝在相同的條件下優(yōu)于改進前的工藝;對于投料工藝,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者往往將重心放在投料順序、投料方式上,本文重點探究物料投料位置對攪拌初期混合料均勻性及投料過程中攪拌阻力影響,從攪拌質(zhì)量及能耗方面對其進行客觀評價,并對集中投料式粉料投料口進行改進,通過仿真分析證明了粉料投料位置及撒布面積對粉料攪拌均勻性有較大影響。論文對三種主機完全相同,配套系統(tǒng)略有差異的混凝土攪拌站進行了現(xiàn)場的時序測試并提出改進措施,對生產(chǎn)時序重新進行測試調(diào)整,并對生產(chǎn)出的混凝土進行測試對比。本文首次將EDEM軟件應(yīng)用在混凝土攪拌設(shè)備上,為混凝土攪拌設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)及工藝優(yōu)化設(shè)計提出了新的方法。
[Abstract]:Cement concrete mixing stations are widely used in industrial, agricultural, transportation, national defense, water conservancy and municipal construction projects in China, and the demand is increasing. Although domestic concrete mixing equipment is continuously innovating and improving on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign products, the technology level is improved step by step, but the research on batching technology is still insufficient, especially for the newly built concrete mixing plant. It often depends on the experience accumulated by the supporting manufacturers for many years and basically meets the quality requirements of the national standards for concrete mixing stations. There is no special experimental study on its conveying technology and feeding technology. Because the structure of concrete mixing station is complex, it is time-consuming and laborious to study the whole station matching, so this paper uses EDEM discrete element simulation software to carry out proportioning transportation technology of concrete mixing station. The effects of feeding process on agitation quality and agitation efficiency were simulated and analyzed respectively. Through theoretical analysis and simulation analysis, this paper probes into the above proportioning technology: carries on the theoretical analysis to the aggregate batching machine horizontal transportation craft, and proposes the more reasonable transportation craft, and through the simulation means carries on the verification, It is proved that the improved process is better than that before the improvement under the same conditions. For the feeding process, scholars at home and abroad tend to focus on the feeding sequence and the feeding mode. This paper focuses on the influence of material feeding position on mixture uniformity and mixing resistance in the initial stage of mixing, evaluates it objectively from the aspects of mixing quality and energy consumption, and improves the centralized feeding nozzle. It is proved by simulation analysis that the mixing uniformity is greatly affected by the powder feeding position and the distribution area. In this paper, three kinds of concrete mixing stations with the same mainframe and slightly different matching systems are tested and improved, and the production timing is adjusted again, and the concrete produced is tested and compared. In this paper, EDEM software is applied to concrete mixing equipment for the first time, and a new method for the structure and process optimization design of concrete mixing equipment is proposed.
