【摘要】：某工程樁基礎(chǔ)選用長(zhǎng)螺旋鉆孔壓灌樁,局部場(chǎng)地內(nèi)存在一層堅(jiān)硬的鐵礦夾層,導(dǎo)致長(zhǎng)螺旋鉆機(jī)鉆成孔困難,甚至出現(xiàn)無(wú)法鉆進(jìn)的情況,長(zhǎng)螺旋鉆孔壓灌樁無(wú)法正常施工。通過(guò)方案對(duì)比,采用旋挖機(jī)提前干作業(yè)引孔,穿透堅(jiān)硬夾層,回填孔位后再用長(zhǎng)螺旋鉆機(jī)進(jìn)行作業(yè)的施工技術(shù),有效解決了場(chǎng)地內(nèi)分布有鐵礦夾層等堅(jiān)硬巖層對(duì)長(zhǎng)螺旋鉆機(jī)成孔有影響的難題。通過(guò)工程實(shí)踐,采用旋挖機(jī)引孔技術(shù)不僅可以確保施工進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,而且環(huán)境污染小,可降低工程造價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In a certain engineering pile foundation, a layer of hard iron ore intercalation exists in the local site, which leads to the difficulty of drilling holes in the long helical drilling rig, even to the situation that it cannot be drilled, and the long helical bored pile can not be constructed normally. Through the comparison of the schemes, the construction technology of using rotary digger to dry the lead hole in advance, penetrate the hard interlayer, backfill the hole position and then use the long screw drill to carry on the operation, It effectively solves the problem that the hard rock layers such as iron ore intercalation in the site have influence on the hole formation of long spiral drilling rig. Through engineering practice, using rotary excavator to lead holes can not only ensure the construction progress and quality, but also reduce the environmental pollution and reduce the project cost.
