【摘要】：二十世紀(jì)初,建筑智能化工程行業(yè)在國內(nèi)悄然興起。隨著改革開放的不斷深入,建筑領(lǐng)域?qū)ㄖ悄芑こ痰耐顿Y越來越多,建筑智能化工程的實(shí)施與進(jìn)度管理也成為了該行業(yè)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。本論文的研究目的是解決建筑智能化工程在進(jìn)度計(jì)劃方面存在的問題,通過對進(jìn)度計(jì)劃現(xiàn)存問題的分析,找出產(chǎn)生問題的根源,然后運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度優(yōu)化的理論和方法,對進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化調(diào)整。論文論述了建筑智能化工程的基本構(gòu)成和工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),分析了建筑智能化工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化的必要性。針對建筑智能化工程的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃制訂過程,提出了資源均衡優(yōu)化的目標(biāo),并運(yùn)用資源均衡優(yōu)化的方法:最小方差法和削峰填谷法相結(jié)合,對A酒店智能化工程進(jìn)行了在資源均衡前提下進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的調(diào)整。通過問題的分析,提出該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化的改善措施,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑智能化工程進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的優(yōu)化。最后,總結(jié)全文提出不足之處,并對今后建筑智能化工程進(jìn)度優(yōu)化的研究工作做出了展望。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 20 ~ (th) century, the intelligent building engineering industry rose quietly in our country. With the deepening of reform and opening up, more and more investment has been made in the field of building intelligent engineering, and the implementation and schedule management of intelligent building engineering have become the focus of attention of the industry. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problems existing in the progress plan of the intelligent building engineering, through the analysis of the existing problems in the progress plan, to find out the root cause of the problem, and then to use the theory and method of the project schedule optimization. Optimize and adjust the schedule. This paper discusses the basic structure and work breakdown structure of intelligent building engineering, and analyzes the necessity of optimizing the schedule of intelligent building engineering. In view of the progress planning process of intelligent building engineering, this paper puts forward the goal of resource balance optimization, and applies the method of resource balance optimization, which is the combination of minimum variance method and peak and valley cutting method. The intelligent project of hotel A is adjusted under the premise of resource balance. Through the analysis of the problems, the improvement measures of the optimization of the project schedule are put forward, and the optimization of the intelligent building engineering schedule is finally realized. Finally, the paper summarizes the deficiencies of the paper, and makes a prospect for the future research work of intelligent engineering schedule optimization.
