【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展大社會歷史背景下,本論文從當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)改造所取得實踐成就和改造的創(chuàng)新理論為研究前提,同時結(jié)合北京十里河文化園的發(fā)展歷程以及當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀和舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)整體空間環(huán)境的組成要素和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),深入細(xì)致的分析了舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與再利用的重要社會意義,以此為基礎(chǔ),歸納整理出舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)空間環(huán)境改造設(shè)計與再利用的價值以及可行性改造設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)理論,最后以基礎(chǔ)理論為前提,整合出詳細(xì)的關(guān)于舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)空間環(huán)境改造設(shè)計的具體方法,并把這些具體方法賦予十里河文化園項目的整體改造過程中以及細(xì)部空間改造過程中,通過北京十里河文化園的改造項目的實踐,一方面對本論文所研究的關(guān)于舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)空間環(huán)境改造設(shè)計具體理論方法進(jìn)行了實證,更重要的一方面是揭示出了北京十里河文化園所具有的環(huán)境藝術(shù)氣質(zhì),從而完成本論文對北京十里河文化園環(huán)境藝術(shù)的探索研究。本論文通過對基礎(chǔ)理論研究總結(jié)分析出了舊工業(yè)建筑遺產(chǎn)空間環(huán)境改造設(shè)計的具體方法,并通過北京十里河文化園的改造項目來進(jìn)行佐,并完成對北京十里河文化園環(huán)境藝術(shù)的探索研究,這一研究過程所得結(jié)論以及具體的項目實踐,可以為今后對相同空間或是相類似空間的理論研究提供前提基礎(chǔ),以及為相同空間或是相類似空間的實際改造項目提供模數(shù)借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the rapid development of economy, this thesis is based on the practical achievement and innovation theory of the reconstruction of the legacy of the old industrial buildings at home and abroad. At the same time, combined with the development course of Beijing Shilihe Cultural Park, the present situation and the composing elements and structural characteristics of the whole space environment of the old industrial architectural heritage, the important social significance of the protection and reuse of the old industrial architectural heritage is deeply and meticulously analyzed. On this basis, the paper summarizes the value of the design and reuse of the space environment reconstruction of the old industrial buildings heritage, and the basic theory of the feasibility reconstruction design. Finally, the basic theory is taken as the premise. To integrate the detailed design and design of the space environment of the heritage of the old industrial buildings, and to assign these specific methods to the overall renovation process of the Shilihe Cultural Park project and the process of the detailed spatial transformation. Through the practice of the renovation project of Beijing Shilihe Cultural Park, on the one hand, this paper makes an empirical study on the theory and method of the space environment reconstruction design of the heritage of the old industrial buildings. On the one hand, it reveals the environmental artistic temperament of the Beijing Shilihe Cultural Park, and thus completes the exploration and research on the environmental art of the Beijing Shilihe Cultural Park in this paper. This paper summarizes and analyzes the concrete methods of the space environment reconstruction design of the heritage of the old industrial buildings through the basic theory research, and carries on the assistance through the reconstruction project of the Beijing Shilihe Cultural Park. And to complete the exploration and study of the environment and art of the Shilihe Culture Park in Beijing. The conclusion and the concrete project practice can provide the foundation for the theoretical research of the same space or the similar space in the future. And for the same space or similar space of the actual transformation project to provide modulus reference.
