【摘要】：隨著我國城市化進(jìn)程的加快,超高層建筑在我國進(jìn)入了高速發(fā)展的時期,在全國各地,超高層建筑建設(shè)有如雨后春筍,其中又以超高層辦公建筑為多。超高層辦公建筑往往承擔(dān)著城市經(jīng)濟(jì)重要的地位和責(zé)任,超高層辦公建筑的公共空間作為超高層辦公建筑的主要組成部分,在其中扮演著重要角色。公共空間作為超高層辦公建筑自身各功能以及與建筑與城市的聯(lián)系體系,不僅是實現(xiàn)各功能綜合協(xié)調(diào)的關(guān)鍵,也是實現(xiàn)超高層辦公建筑與城市協(xié)調(diào)的關(guān)鍵。而公共空間同時也具有交往休憩的功能,扮演著調(diào)節(jié)使用者心理、為使用者提供舒適環(huán)境的重要作用。本文希望通過對超高層辦公建筑公共空間的分析,從城市設(shè)計角度和建筑設(shè)計角度出發(fā),結(jié)合實例,研究和總結(jié)出超高層建筑公共空間的設(shè)計原則與設(shè)計方法。通過選取國內(nèi)已經(jīng)建成的實例為主要研究對象研究分析,根據(jù)功能不同將其公共空間分為出入口、首層大堂空間、地下大堂空間、空中大堂空間、中庭空間、走廊空間、室外空間等,分別分析其行為、功能以及設(shè)計方法等,并將各單元公共空間的組織邏輯與核心筒類型之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行探討,將超高層辦公建筑按照公共空間組織方法的不同劃分為核心筒型、中庭型及空中大堂體系型三種。最后對超高層辦公建筑公共空間的現(xiàn)狀問題、設(shè)計原則進(jìn)行了總結(jié),對未來的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, super-high-rise buildings have entered a period of rapid development in China. In all parts of the country, the construction of super-high-rise buildings has sprung up, among which the super-high-rise office buildings are more. Super-high-rise office buildings often bear the important position and responsibility of urban economy, and the public space of super-high-rise office buildings, as the main part of super-high-rise office buildings, plays an important role. Public space is not only the key to realize the comprehensive coordination of each function, but also the key to realize the coordination between the super high-rise office building and the city as well as the function of the super high-rise office building and the contact system with the building and the city. At the same time, the public space also has the function of communication and rest, which plays an important role in regulating the psychology of the users and providing the comfortable environment for the users. This paper hopes to study and summarize the design principle and design method of the public space of super high-rise building through the analysis of public space of super high-rise office building, from the angle of urban design and architectural design, combined with an example. The public space is divided into entrance and exit, first floor lobby space, underground lobby space, air lobby space, atrium space, corridor space according to different functions. The behavior, function and design method of outdoor space are analyzed respectively, and the relationship between the organizational logic of each unit common space and the type of core tube is discussed. According to the different methods of organizing public space, the super high-rise office buildings are divided into three types: the core tube type, the atrium type and the air lobby system type. Finally, the paper summarizes the current situation and design principles of the public space of super-high office buildings, and prospects the future development.
