基于改進(jìn)進(jìn)化論的連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化是結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化中的難點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問題,也是結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化領(lǐng)域的前沿課題之一,本文以連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對象,重點(diǎn)研究解決材料在連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)空間的分布優(yōu)化的問題。漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化法作為連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化的重要方法之一備受關(guān)注,發(fā)展和完善這一方法,并將其引入工程應(yīng)用是非常有意義的課題。圍繞漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化,本文進(jìn)行了以下幾個(gè)方面的工作:1.深入學(xué)習(xí)與研究各類連續(xù)體結(jié)構(gòu)拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法后,本文總結(jié)了幾種主流方法的基本理論與應(yīng)用成果,了解常用的拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法的數(shù)學(xué)建模方式,為后續(xù)的拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)打下理論基礎(chǔ);2.本文詳細(xì)介紹了漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化法的基本思想、刪除準(zhǔn)則、進(jìn)化策略以及近些年來的發(fā)展,并以科學(xué)的方法對其進(jìn)行歸納分類,對該方法中重要的概念以及公式進(jìn)行了解釋以及推導(dǎo);3.本文重點(diǎn)研究了漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化法中的數(shù)值不穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)象,對其中的棋盤格效應(yīng)的處理辦法進(jìn)行了研究并加以總結(jié)概括,并就方法中的敏度過濾法進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)介紹,并圍繞敏度過濾法對漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化法進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),提出了一種更加科學(xué)高效的敏度過濾方式,很好地解決棋盤格效應(yīng)問題;4.本文以改進(jìn)后的漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法為算法核心,以ANSYS為軟件基礎(chǔ),充分利用該軟件的二次開發(fā)和生死單元功能,編制了屬于本文的漸進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化程序,并利用多個(gè)算例證明了所編程序的可靠性、進(jìn)步性以及工程實(shí)用性,在實(shí)際的工程設(shè)計(jì)中有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Topology optimization of continuum structure is a difficult and hot problem in structural optimization, and it is also one of the frontier topics in the field of structural optimization. In this paper, continuum structure is taken as the research object. Emphasis is placed on the optimization of the distribution of materials in the design space of continuum structures. As one of the most important methods for topology optimization of continuum structure, progressive structural optimization method has attracted much attention. It is of great significance to develop and perfect this method and to introduce it into engineering application. Focusing on the asymptotic structural optimization, this paper has carried out the following several aspects of work: 1. After deeply studying and studying various topology optimization methods of continuum structure, this paper summarizes the basic theories and application results of several mainstream methods, and finds out the mathematical modeling methods of common topology optimization methods. Lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent implementation of the topology optimization program. This paper introduces in detail the basic idea of progressive structural optimization, deletion criteria, evolutionary strategies and the development in recent years, and induces and classifies them in a scientific way. The important concepts and formulas in this method are explained and deduced. In this paper, the numerical instability in the progressive structural optimization method is mainly studied, and the methods to deal with the chessboard lattice effect are studied and summarized, and the sensitivity filtering method in the method is introduced emphatically. A more scientific and efficient sensitivity filtering method is proposed to solve the problem of checkerboard lattice effect. In this paper, the improved progressive structure optimization method is taken as the core of the algorithm, and the software ANSYS is used as the software foundation. The program of the progressive structure optimization is compiled by making full use of the secondary development of the software and the function of the unit of life and death. The reliability, progressiveness and practicability of the program are proved by several examples, which can be used for reference in practical engineering design.
