高層建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)策略與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:許多生態(tài)化建筑設(shè)計(jì)策略來源于一般低層建筑,這些策略能否適用于高層建筑?為什么至今為止還很少出現(xiàn)生態(tài)型的高層建筑?高層建筑的生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)策略有哪些特點(diǎn)?目前高層建筑生態(tài)技術(shù)還處于摸索階段,人們對(duì)于高層建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)的原則與方法還缺乏了解,認(rèn)識(shí)還不夠深刻。本文著重結(jié)合典型的高層建筑生態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用實(shí)例,從有關(guān)周邊環(huán)境、建筑體型(空間形態(tài))、建筑構(gòu)件(外皮)、綠色技術(shù)(垂直綠化)等方面入手,建構(gòu)了高層建筑生態(tài)化策略的理論框架,總結(jié)了高層建筑生態(tài)化策略。本文主要的研究工作和成果如下:1.基于整體生態(tài)環(huán)境、基地微環(huán)境和生態(tài)高層建筑等設(shè)計(jì)理念,論述了考慮周邊生態(tài)環(huán)境的高層建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。強(qiáng)調(diào)應(yīng)重視建筑整體生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì),強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)原生態(tài)的保護(hù)與生態(tài)恢復(fù)和補(bǔ)償,實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)平衡;因地制宜,注重當(dāng)?shù)貧夂?尊重和適應(yīng)基地環(huán)境,創(chuàng)造健康舒適的內(nèi)部環(huán)境;合理利用資源,高效利用資源等。2.基于生物氣候?qū)W原則、被動(dòng)式建筑設(shè)計(jì)及高層建筑空間設(shè)計(jì)等設(shè)計(jì)理念,總結(jié)和分析了幾種呼應(yīng)氣候和生態(tài)的高層建筑的建筑形式語匯,論述了與建筑體型和建筑構(gòu)件有關(guān)的高層建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)策略。主張不規(guī)則、不方正、不對(duì)稱、不封閉;采用凹進(jìn)平臺(tái),管式空間,開敞空間,天井庭院,通風(fēng)塔,底層架空,下沉廣場(chǎng);采用雙層立面,雙層玻璃,自然通風(fēng)的翼墻;設(shè)計(jì)低能耗建筑,減輕環(huán)境負(fù)荷,并與周圍建筑形態(tài)相協(xié)調(diào)。3.總結(jié)和提出了與綠色技術(shù)(立體綠化)相關(guān)的高層建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)策略和設(shè)計(jì)方法。分析立體綠化(垂直綠化和屋頂綠化等)在城市高層建筑中應(yīng)用的優(yōu)點(diǎn),探討垂直綠化新技術(shù)在高層建筑應(yīng)用的幾個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù);提出高層建筑設(shè)計(jì)與綠化設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的設(shè)計(jì)理念,給出了高層建筑垂直綠化的分類與選擇圖表及設(shè)計(jì)思路;模擬分析了垂直綠化的環(huán)境效益,如在降溫、改善空氣質(zhì)量、減低熱島效應(yīng)等方面的累積效應(yīng)。4.結(jié)合3個(gè)典型的高層建筑生態(tài)化設(shè)計(jì)工程實(shí)例,從上述三大方面進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究成果對(duì)類似工程有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Many ecological architectural design strategies come from general low-rise buildings. Can these strategies be applied to high-rise buildings? Why are there few ecotypic high-rise buildings so far? What are the characteristics of ecological design strategy for high-rise buildings? At present, the ecological technology of high-rise building is still in the groping stage, people still lack understanding of the principles and methods of ecological design of high-rise building, and the understanding is not deep enough. This paper focuses on the application examples of ecological design of typical high-rise buildings from the aspects of surrounding environment, building shape (spatial form), building components (outer skin, green technology (vertical greening), etc.) The theoretical framework of ecological strategy of high-rise building is constructed, and the ecological strategy of high-rise building is summarized. The main research work and results of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on the design concepts of whole ecological environment, base micro-environment and ecological high-rise building, the ecological design strategy of high-rise building considering the surrounding ecological environment is discussed. It is emphasized that attention should be paid to the ecological design of the whole building, the protection and ecological restoration and compensation of the original ecology should be emphasized, the ecological balance should be realized, the local climate should be paid attention to, the base environment should be respected and adapted, and the healthy and comfortable internal environment should be created. Rational use of resources, efficient use of resources, etc. Based on the principles of bioclimatology, passive building design and high-rise building space design, this paper summarizes and analyzes several architectural forms that echo climate and ecology. This paper discusses the ecological design strategy of high-rise buildings related to building shape and building components. Advocate irregular, not square, asymmetry, not close; adopt concave platform, pipe space, open space, patio courtyard, ventilation tower, bottom elevated, sinking square; adopt double facade, double glass, natural ventilation wing wall; Design low energy consumption buildings, reduce the environmental load, and coordinate with the surrounding building form. 3. This paper summarizes and puts forward the ecological design strategy and design method of high-rise building related to green technology (stereoscopic greening). This paper analyzes the advantages of the application of stereoscopic greening (vertical greening and roof greening) in urban high-rise buildings, and probes into several key technologies for the application of new vertical greening techniques in high-rise buildings. This paper puts forward the design idea of combining the design of high-rise building with the design of greening, gives the classification and selection chart of vertical greening of high-rise building and its design idea, simulates and analyzes the environmental benefits of vertical greening, such as decreasing temperature and improving air quality. Reduce the cumulative effect of heat island effect. 4. Combined with three typical examples of ecological design of high-rise buildings, this paper makes further empirical analysis from the above three aspects, and the research results have reference value for similar projects.
