基于POE方法的深圳創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園作為創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在城市中發(fā)展的物質(zhì)載體,十余年來在我國各大城市掀起一股建設(shè)浪潮。然而在這股建設(shè)浪潮下,仍有眾多創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園因不重視創(chuàng)意人群的使用需求而過度商業(yè)化、衰敗、消失。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的核心是創(chuàng)意人群,離開了創(chuàng)意人群的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園,會走向衰退。在深圳,已建成的眾多創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園為創(chuàng)意人群提供了就業(yè)及創(chuàng)業(yè)的平臺,依托本土的產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢深圳建成了一批標(biāo)桿式的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園。因此,本文以創(chuàng)意人群為研究對象,采用使用后評價(jià)研究方法探尋其對深圳的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園的滿意度,為以后的創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)尋求合理、科學(xué)的設(shè)計(jì)策略及思路。本文遵循“基礎(chǔ)理論——深圳創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園使用后評價(jià)研究——使用后評價(jià)結(jié)果分析——規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略”的研究思路。首先對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)典相關(guān)理論研究做概括總結(jié),歸納出其對構(gòu)建評價(jià)體系的啟示,并且對使用后評價(jià)的研究方法進(jìn)行研究,提出本文的使用后評價(jià)的研究框架。結(jié)合對深圳的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園進(jìn)行概括性總體研究并篩選出本文調(diào)研的四家創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園,對其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的基礎(chǔ)研究。對深圳的四家創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園進(jìn)行使用后評價(jià)研究。第一,對調(diào)研的四家創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)研,觀察創(chuàng)意人群的行為特點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立預(yù)評價(jià)因子并結(jié)合自由訪談及發(fā)放試調(diào)研問卷對評價(jià)因子進(jìn)行篩選,并根據(jù)試調(diào)研問卷的反饋設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,分別從可達(dá)性、建筑品質(zhì)、配套服務(wù)設(shè)施、管理與服務(wù)、創(chuàng)意氛圍等五個(gè)方面讓創(chuàng)意人群對所在的園區(qū)進(jìn)行評價(jià)。將評價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)計(jì)算,進(jìn)而,對使用后評價(jià)結(jié)果與客觀調(diào)研進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的對比分析并試圖解釋主觀評價(jià)結(jié)果的原因。從創(chuàng)意人群的角度,總結(jié)深圳四家創(chuàng)意園目前發(fā)展的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并為深圳創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園規(guī)劃策略提出依據(jù)。最后從使用后評價(jià)結(jié)果的研究中,從園區(qū)交通方面、建筑品質(zhì)、配套設(shè)施、創(chuàng)意氛圍營造等四方面提出具體的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略。筆者希望能夠通過本文對深圳創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)類產(chǎn)業(yè)園的使用后評價(jià)研究,嘗試建立起創(chuàng)意人群與設(shè)計(jì)者之間的反饋機(jī)制,為以后建設(shè)出創(chuàng)意人群滿意的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As the material carrier of the development of creative industry in the city, the creative industry park has set off a tide of construction in every big city of our country for more than ten years. However, in this tide of construction, there are still many creative industry parks due to the lack of attention to the use of creative people and excessive commercialization, decline, disappear. The core of creative industry park is creative crowd. In Shenzhen, many creative industry parks have been built for creative people to provide a platform for employment and entrepreneurship, relying on the advantages of local industries Shenzhen has built a number of benchmarking creative design industrial parks. Therefore, this article takes the creative crowd as the research object, uses the post-evaluation research method to explore its satisfaction to the creative design industry park in Shenzhen, and seeks the reasonable, scientific design strategy and the thought for the later creative design type industry park construction. This paper follows the research idea of "basic theory-study on post-use evaluation of creative design industrial park in Shenzhen-analysis of post-use evaluation results-planning and design strategy". First of all, the classical theory of creative industry is summarized, and its inspiration to the construction of evaluation system is summed up, and the research methods of post-use evaluation are studied, and the research framework of post-use evaluation is put forward in this paper. Combined with the general study of the creative industry park in Shenzhen and the screening of four creative design industry parks investigated in this paper, the detailed basic research is carried out. The post-use evaluation of four creative design industry parks in Shenzhen was carried out. First, four creative design industry parks were investigated to observe the behavior of creative people. On this basis, the pre-evaluation factor is established and the evaluation factors are screened with free interview and test survey questionnaire, and the questionnaire is designed according to the feedback of the questionnaire, respectively, from accessibility, building quality, supporting service facilities. Management and service, creative atmosphere and other five aspects of creative people to evaluate the park. The evaluation results are calculated statistically, and then the results of post-use evaluation and objective investigation are compared and analyzed in detail, and the reasons of subjective evaluation results are tried to be explained. This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of four creative parks in Shenzhen from the point of view of creative people and puts forward the basis for the planning strategy of creative design industrial parks in Shenzhen. Finally, from the study of the results of post-use evaluation, the paper puts forward the specific planning and design strategies from four aspects: traffic, building quality, supporting facilities and creative atmosphere. The author hopes to establish a feedback mechanism between creative people and designers through the post-evaluation study of Shenzhen creative design industry park in order to provide a reference for building creative industry park which is satisfied with creative people in the future.
