【摘要】：《國家新型城鎮(zhèn)化規(guī)劃(2014—2020年)》的提出,標志著我國由原先的城市優(yōu)先發(fā)展的城市化模式,向城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展模式轉(zhuǎn)變。產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與小城鎮(zhèn)建設相輔相成,在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設中,有產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎的小城鎮(zhèn)具備經(jīng)濟優(yōu)勢、政策優(yōu)勢,是發(fā)展條件優(yōu)越,極有可能帶動區(qū)域發(fā)展的一類小城鎮(zhèn),如何協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展,促進產(chǎn)城融合,是這類小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的重點�；诖�,論文選取柳林鎮(zhèn)為研究對象,探討產(chǎn)城融合導向下的柳林鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)和主城區(qū)的融合發(fā)展模式,通過對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論和實踐的深入研究和對柳林鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)城發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的全面分析,旨在為柳林鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展提出思路、建議與策略,并在《中國西鳳酒城總體規(guī)劃》《中國西鳳酒城控制性詳細規(guī)劃》等項目基礎上,著重研究柳林鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)城經(jīng)濟融合、社會融合、文化融合及其引導下產(chǎn)城空間融合形式,歸納出產(chǎn)城融合導向下的柳林鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展模式,為城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃提供新的參考。論文主要分為六部分:第一部分為緒論。簡述了我國小城鎮(zhèn)的概念及內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展概況、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況及相關(guān)政策法規(guī),提出將產(chǎn)城融合導向下的小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展作為本論文的研究內(nèi)容,并闡述了論文的研究意義、研究方法與框架、研究對象。第二部分為基礎研究。研究了小城鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)城融合相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外基礎理論,分析影響城鎮(zhèn)空間形態(tài)的基本動因和產(chǎn)業(yè)影響城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的動力機制,并通過對不同產(chǎn)城關(guān)系的梳理研究,探討適合于不同產(chǎn)城關(guān)系下的小城鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展方式,參考相關(guān)理論與實踐,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)城融合度綜合評價體系。第三部分為柳林鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀概況。介紹了柳林鎮(zhèn)綜合現(xiàn)狀,并對柳林鎮(zhèn)的現(xiàn)狀要素進行了詳細的解析,綜合分析柳林鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇、挑戰(zhàn),為產(chǎn)城融合導向下的柳林鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展模式研究奠定了良好的基礎。第四部分為柳林鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)城融合度分析。主要分析了產(chǎn)城融合導向下的柳林鎮(zhèn)相關(guān)上位規(guī)劃、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展、文化發(fā)展和空間融合現(xiàn)狀,以產(chǎn)城融合度評價作為輔助工具,總結(jié)柳林鎮(zhèn)在產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展道路上面臨的主要問題,并初步提出了柳林鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展建議。第五部分為產(chǎn)城融合導向下的柳林鎮(zhèn)空間發(fā)展模式。分析了柳林鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟、社會、文化三方面的融合方式,探討能夠承載融合過程的空間模式,結(jié)合柳林鎮(zhèn)實際情況提出建設項目與規(guī)劃實施建議。第六部分為結(jié)論與展望。主要為論文研究結(jié)論、主要創(chuàng)新點、研究不足之處及展望等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The proposal of "National New urbanization Plan 2014-2020)" marks the change from the former urbanization mode of city priority development to the urbanization mode of coordinated development of urban and rural areas. The industrial development and the small town construction complement each other. In the new-type urbanization construction, the small town with the industrial foundation has the economic superiority, the policy superiority, is the development condition superiority, very likely drives the regional development one kind of small town. How to coordinate industrial development with urban development and promote the integration of industrial and urban areas is the focus of this kind of small town development. Based on this, this paper selects Liulin Town as the research object, and discusses the integration and development model of the industrial district and the main urban area of Liulin Town under the guidance of the integration of production and city. Through the deep study of the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad and the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the development of Liulin Town, this paper puts forward some ideas, suggestions and strategies for the integration and development of Liulin Town. On the basis of the projects such as "General Plan of Xifeng Wine City in China" and "controlling detailed Planning of Xifeng Wine City in China", this paper focuses on the economic integration, social integration, cultural integration and the spatial integration of the production city under the guidance of Liulin Town. This paper sums up the spatial development model of Liulin Town under the guidance of production city integration, and provides a new reference for urban and rural planning. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction. This paper briefly introduces the concept and connotation of small towns in our country, the general situation of development, the general situation of industrial development and the relevant policies and regulations, and puts forward the development of small towns under the guidance of the integration of production and city as the research content of this paper, and expounds the significance of the paper. Research methods and framework, research object. The second part is the basic research. This paper studies the basic theories related to the integration of small cities and towns at home and abroad, analyzes the basic causes that affect the spatial form of towns and the dynamic mechanism of industries affecting the development of cities and towns, and combs the relationship between different industries and cities. This paper probes into the space development mode of small towns suitable for different relations between production and city, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of the degree of integration of production and city with reference to relevant theories and practices. The third part is the present situation of Liulin Town. This paper introduces the comprehensive status quo of Liulin Town, and analyzes the present conditions of Liulin Town in detail, and analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Liulin Town. It lays a good foundation for the study of the spatial development model of Liulin Town under the guidance of the integration of industry and city. The fourth part is the analysis of the melting degree of Liulin Town. This paper mainly analyzes the related upper planning, economic development, social development, cultural development and the present situation of spatial integration of Liulin Town under the guidance of the integration of production and city, and takes the evaluation of the degree of integration of production and city as a supplementary tool. This paper summarizes the main problems that Liulin Town faces on the road of integration of production and city, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of integration of production and city in Liulin Town. The fifth part is the spatial development model of Liulin Town. This paper analyzes the integration mode of economy, society and culture in Liulin Town, probes into the spatial mode which can carry the fusion process, and puts forward some suggestions for construction project and planning implementation combined with the actual situation of Liulin Town. The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect. Mainly for the thesis research conclusion, the main innovation, the research deficiency and the prospect and so on content.
